‘We Have to Go Where the Money Is’—Dilemmas in the Role of Nutrition Scientists: An Interview Study

In Western societies scientists are increasingly expected to seek media exposure and cooperate with industry. Little attention has been given to the way such expectations affect the role of scientific experts in society. To investigate scientists’ own perspectives on these issues eight exploratory, in-depth interviews were conducted in Denmark with reputable nutrition scientists. Additionally, eight interviews were held with ‘key informants’ from the field of nutrition policy. It was found that nutrition scientists experience two dilemmas: first, between their aspiration to make a collective impact on public health and the powerful incentives of each to appear frequently in the media with new messages; second, between their need to cooperate with the food industry for financial reasons and their fear that this may compromise their independence and scientific integrity. It is argued that the dilemmas identified in this study should be dealt with openly by the relevant groups of scientists.     

科技评审专家工作质量元评价体系及应用研究——以广东省重点领域研发项目为例

围绕科技评审专家质量评价体系建设与应用研究这一主题,总结国家层面、广东省关于科技评审专家科研诚信管理方面的主要政策措施,基于元评价理论建立科技评审专家工作质量评价模型,并运用广东省重点领域研发项目评审数据进行实证分析,评价专家评审工作质量。研究发现,不同指标的平均得分与标准差存在明显的差异,应当受到相对应的关注与重视;同时,实例中大多数专家的评审质量处于一般的水平,需加强对表现较差的指标的监督管理。最后,根据政策梳理和模型的实证结果,提出完善科技评审专家信用管理工作的优化措施和建议。     

建设市场主体信用度检验模型研究

信用度是衡量市场主体信用等级的重要指标,它是政府监管和建设市场主体从业的重要依据。由于我国现行的建设市场信用度评价体系还不够成熟,评价标准、评价方法以及数据采集等的科学性与合理性等方面存在不足,如何检验政府部门公布的建设市场主体信用度和建设市场主体信用度评价体系是目前亟待解决的问题。本文根据中心极限定理,提供对A地区政府公布的房建类企业、市政类企业、园林类企业以及装饰类企业等四类市场主体的信用度进行检验,进而判断政府公布的四类企业的信用度的科学性与合理性,同时也对评价标准、评价方法、数据采集等的科学性和合理性等进行检验,并据此提出相关建议。本文的研究成果对于政府公布建设市场主体的信用等级具有重要意义。     

Organizational justice and management trustworthiness during organizational Change: Interactions of Benevolence,Integrity, and managerial approaches

Trust and justice play an important role in the process of organizational change to build dynamic capabilities for sustainable competitive advantage. This study investigated the interaction effects of management's benevolence trustworthiness and integrity trustworthiness on employees’ perception of procedural justice during innovation or organizational change. Both the scenario and the field study showed that the patterns of the interaction effects of these two components of trustworthiness are further influenced in a complementary manner by different innovation approaches. The study indicated that the relationships between benevolence trustworthiness and integrity trustworthiness are far more complex than expected and thus need more research efforts.

科技期刊诚信危机治理的制度规范与伦理建设

【目的】 研究科技期刊诚信危机的治理方法,为解决我国科技期刊诚信危机提供借鉴。【方法】 通过文献分析,对科技期刊诚信危机进行界定,并总结科技期刊诚信危机发生的深层原因,在此基础上,提出解决诚信危机的策略。【结果】 出版制度不健全、学术评价体系不科学,以及科技期刊出版从业人员职业道德缺失等,导致了科技期刊诚信危机。可从制度规范与伦理建设两方面对诚信危机进行治理,包括完善出版法律法规和学术评价体系,推动行业伦理规约建设以及出版人员职业道德建设。【结论】 加强科技期刊制度规范与伦理建设,可在一定程度上治理科技期刊的诚信危机。     

论转型期我国政府诚信建设

政府诚信问题是转型期中国的一大突出问题.由于受传统人治观念的影响、政府职能转变不到位、各种体制与制度及法律不健全等原因,目前我国政府诚信状况不容乐观.政府诚信建设是建立和完善整个社会诚信体系的核心,对转型期的中国来说,已迫在眉睫.因此需要从管理理念、法制保障、宣传教育、监督制约以及政府建设等诸多方面加强政府诚信建设.
