运用案例促进商务英语口语教学

针对商务英语口语教学中出现的学生在商业知识和经验,创新思维和商务氛围欠缺等问题,案例教学法在促进商务英语口语教学中起到的积极作用,并且是一种开放式的教学法,能和其它教学法很好的结合,并有互相促进的作用。     

智力资本价值评估方法的实证研究--以医药制造行业专有技术的价值评估为例

随着国家创新驱动经济发展战略的实施,智力资本的价值会越来越受到企业的重视。但是,智力资本价值的定量评价却一直是一个理论界和实践中的难点问题。本文以拥有国家秘密技术的医药制造业上市公司的数据为例,对医药企业专有技术的价值评估进行了实证研究,以探讨智力资本价值评估的科学方法。本文重点就知识产权等智力资本价值评估过程所使用的分成率进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,专有技术等智力资本对企业价值的贡献较高,且贡献大小呈现先上升后降低的趋势。     

Scaffold instruction at the workplace from a situated perspective

This article proposes the need to address scaffold instructions from a situated learning perspective. Based on an empirical study of how apprentice bakers learn their trade, it is claimed that studies of learning at the workplace yield important insights into our understanding of scaffold instructions. Seen from the perspective of the apprentices, scaffold instruction represents access to more responsibility in practice, it supports their identities as future bakers and they learn bodily know-how. When scaffold instruction failed, it was often in relation to situations where the apprentices were placed in marginal positions in the community of practice or in relation to a central workplace situation.

跨国技术转移的次优合约设计:基于信息租补偿机制

在对跨国技术转移现实问题进行识别的基础上,运用契约设计理论,参照完全信息下的最优技术转移合约的研究,分析和探讨了不完全信息条件下次优技术转移合约的特征。次优技术转移合约特征显示:在技术信息高度不对称条件下,东道国企业(委托人)应该通过支付一个超额的市场收益分成(信息租)来激励外方企业(代理人)增加对合约中可证实显性知识的转移,同时相应降低对隐性知识需求期望和支付水平。在满足激励相容约束的次优技术转移合约机制下,代理人的道德风险行为将得到有效控制。     

论我国商业秘密的法律保护

商业秘密对维护公平竞争的市场秩序，促进科技的发展有重要作用。我国已经形成以《反不正当竞争法》为主体，《合同法》、《劳动法》、《刑法》、《民法通则》等法律、法规相配套的商业秘密法律保护体系。我国的商业秘密的法律保护可分三个方面：其一，商业秘密的认定；其二，侵犯商业秘密的行为形态；其三，侵犯商业秘密的法律救济。应对比其他各国的相关规定，找出差距，为我国的商业秘密法律保护的完善锦上添花。     

工程估价全程递进式案例教学方法探讨

根据工程估价课程的特点,提出工程估价的全程递进式案例教学方法;首先,把一个典型案例在按阶段分解和按分部分项工程的分解,然后,以课堂讲解、课后练习、课堂讨论等方式贯穿于教学全过程,完成各个知识点的传授和训练。最后,让学生以课程大作业的形式独立完成全部工程造价文件。在此过程中,条件和要求逐步细化和深入,符合学生认知规律。     

英语阅读教学的策略和方法

英语阅读教学的过程,是学生由语言视觉形式和结构形式入手,获得语言内容、获得个人体验和独特感受的过程,是学生、教师、文本对话、思维碰撞、情感交流的过程;是教师引导学生在阅读实践中不断实现自我建构、学会阅读的过程。当前英语阅读教学要努力实行教学过程、教学方法、教学形式的根本变革,教学过程要不拘一格,教学方法要灵活高效,教学形式要丰富多样。     

Education and Broad Concepts of Agency

Abstract

Drawing on recent debates about the relationship between propositional and practical knowledge, this article is concerned with broad concepts of agency. Specifically, it is concerned with agency that involves the forming and putting into effect of intentions over relatively extended periods, particularly in work contexts (called, for want of a better term, ‘project management’). The main focus of interest is thus not on ‘know-how’ in the sense of ability to perform types of tasks but on the ability to form and carry through projects. Much, although by no means all, of the limited literature on this topic assumes that such abilities are largely independent of social interaction. This article will challenge that assumption. The article concludes with a reflection on the implications of an adequate account of project management ability for contemporary debates on the relationship between propositional and practical knowledge, and examines the implications for vocational and professional education that prepares people for this type of broadly based agency for their personal development.
