阳泉市中小学生HBsAg检测结果分析

目的:了解阳泉市中小学生HBsAg携带情况,为制定防治措施提供依据.方法:采集被监测者血用酶联免疫吸附实验做HBsAg检测,结果用Excel统计分析.结果:监测1986名学生HBsAg阳性者43名,总阳性率为2.16%;其中,私立学校阳性率为2.31%,公办学校阳性率2.05%;男生阳性率为2.76%,女生阳性率1.39%;私立学校小学、初中、高中生HBsAg阳性率分别为1.44%、2.26%、2.87%,有随年龄增长而增加的特点.结论:阳泉市中小学生HBsAg阳性率明显低于全国总体水平,但HBsAg防治工作不能放松,要加强对住校生的管理工作,对易感者普遍接种乙肝疫苗.     

猪瘟与蓝耳病混合感染的诊断与治疗方法

通过流行病学调查、临床表现、病理剖检对新乡市长垣县赵堤镇某猪场发生的一起以体温升高、不食、腹泻、耳部发绀、鼻部、腹下、臀部、四肢末端发紫为特征的疾病,做出初步诊断为猪瘟与蓝耳病混合感染,然后采取10份病料经处理后用正向间接血凝试验检测CSF,酶联免疫吸附试验检测PRRS,结果表明CSF的阳性率为80%,PRRS的阳性率为60%,从而确诊该病为CSF与PRRS混合感染,通过采取自家苗、抗猪瘟血清、接种疫苗三种方法作比较,同时肌肉注射杂症一针,菌毒急救,拌料饲喂防蓝灵,金方案Ⅱ型,饮水中添加口服补液盐,电解多维等综合防治措施,结果显示自家苗治疗效果最好,病情得到控制,治愈率达70%,为目前规模化猪场混合感染的快速检测和治疗提供了可参考性的建议.     

Comparative analyses for beta human chorionic gonadotropin

Serum Beta human chorionic gonadotropin (BhCG) was measured in 25 healthy controls and 75 cases with gestational trophoblastic neoplasms and testicular tumor using RIA kit from BARC, Bombay and ELISA kit from Abbott Diagnostics, USA. Regression Analysis of the values obtained for controls and cases by both the methods were statistically significant P 0.001.     

儿童青少年体能发展敏感期相关热点问题

近年来,旨在提高儿童青少年体质健康的研究众多,其中儿童青少年体能发展敏感期问题的研究正成为热点研究。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,对近30年来“敏感期”相关文献进行梳理。研究表明：国内外“敏感期”的界定标准不统一,难以形成科学成果;“敏感期”干预方法单一,缺乏综合干预方法;“敏感期”与“非敏感期”干预效果的研究还存在争议。研究认为：“敏感期”不仅受儿童青少年生理、心理因素的影响,同时遗传、环境、社会经济等对“敏感期”也具有重要作用。因此,未来应深入研究“敏感期”的构成因素,重视理论研究与实践研究相结合,强化“敏感期”的综合研究。     

光敏核不育水稻花粉形态和育性稳定性及转换

对HPGMR农垦58A进行育性转换的稳定性研究,用扫描电镜观察其花粉外部形态。结果表明,长日诱导的值株及短日割蔸再生分蘖,在长日下均表现雄性不育,结实率分别为0.76％和0.00％;短日诱导及对照组植株雄性可育,结实率分别为40.59％和38.19％;长日诱导的花粉外形明显皱缩,不含内容物,属典败型花粉;而短日诱导的花粉除极少量皱折外,大多呈圆型而充实,内容物饱满。     

The information gulag: Rethinking openness in times of national danger

The founding fathers of the United States recognized that freely available information and an educated citizenry were essential to the functioning of a representative democracy. But almost as soon as the ink dried on the Constitution, political forces moved, and have continued to move, to restrict the flow of information from the government to the public, as well as among members of the public. This article examines whether information availability has become a victim of the war on terrorism – whether the nation has entered a time in which legal and policy initiatives are creating information gulags – secreting government information and restricting communications among members of the public, including the academic community. This article explores how policy is shaping the information relationship among the government, the public, academia, and the media and whether new models may be appropriate and more beneficial to society. In doing so, we examine in depth not only public access to government information but also the emerging and vital issue of government restrictions on scholarly exchange, as most recently presented by the legal dispute between the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Department of Treasury, and subsequently the litigation brought by the Association of American University Presses (AAUP).     

新建本科院校教师专业发展敏感期研究——以南昌工程学院助教制度为例

中国高等教育大众化发展使得高校尤其是新建本科院校的师资队伍缺乏问题尤为突出,从而造成当今我国大学助教制度名存实亡。本文通过介绍南昌工程学院助教制度的基本现状及经验,分析了助教制度实施过程中产生的相关问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。     

系统性红斑狼疮患者血清铁蛋白水平检测

用酶联免疫吸附试验测定２８例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者血清铁蛋白水平，结果表明，与正常对照比较ＳＬＥ患者血清铁蛋白水平增高，但治疗前后血清铁蛋白改变无显著性，与疾病活动指数无显著相关性．这些结果提示ＳＬＥ患者存在有异常铁代谢，本文对此进行了讨论．     

论文学鉴赏训练与语文教育专业学生的就业能力培训

职业教育的基本矛盾是基础教育与能力培训之间的矛盾,解决这个问题需要培养学生的职业规范也要培养学生的职业敏感.文学鉴赏在语文教学中是处理文本的基本能力,是语文教育学生必须具备的能力,另一方面通过对学生的文学鉴赏的培养,培养他们的社会敏锐的观察力,从而对解说、网络编辑等职业也具备一些能力,从而拓宽就业渠道.     

Production of a monoclonal antibody against oxytetracycline and its application for oxytetracycline residue detection in shrimp简

A novel monoclonal antibody (MAb) against oxytetracycline (OTC) was generated and characterized. The MAb was used in the development of an enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA)-based detection system. An OTC-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugate was prepared and used in the immunization of mice. A conventional somatic cell fusion technique was used to generate MAb-secreting hybridomas denoted 2–4F, 7–3G, and 11–11A. An indirect competitive ELISA (icELISA) was applied to measure the sensitivity and specificity of each MAb in terms of its 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) and percentage of cross-reactivity, respectively. MAb 2–4F exhibited the highest sensitivity, with an IC₅₀ of 7.01 ng/ml. This MAb showed strong cross-reactivity to rolitetracycline, but no cross-reactivity to other unrelated antibiotics. When MAb 2–4F was used to detect OTC from shrimp samples, the recoveries were in the range of 82%–118% for an intra-assay and 96%–113% for an inter-assay. The coefficients of variation of the assays were 3.9%–13.9% and 5.5%–14.9%, respectively.
