The multiple worlds of equity analysts: valuation,volume, and volatility

This paper contributes to the increasing research on how experts within financial institutions co-produce and organize financial markets, and in particular how equity analysts enact stock markets characterized by high volume and volatility. The 20 equity analysts studied give qualitatively different accounts of what, from an outsider's perspective, appear to be very similar work. The analysts understand investment objects, equity markets, and what constitutes good analytical work in qualitatively different ways. This heterogeneity, or multiplicity, could be one source of the, unexplained by orthodox financial theory, ‘excess’ volatility and ‘excess’ trading volume on financial markets. Therefore, the paper complements accounts within heterodox finance theory and sociology-based studies of financial market activities.     

浅谈网络银行存在的问题

近年来,随着经济的快速发展网络技术逐步融合、渗透到银行业务中,网络银行业务以它快捷和便利的优势逐渐被越来越多的人所接受。诸如,现在许多人都利用支付宝来进行网上购物,而且通过网络进行炒股也变成很平常的事情。但由于我国网络银行起步比较晚,再加上受到内外部诸多因素的影响,网络技术的发展还存在许多问题,有待于我们不断地探索解决。本文阐述了什么是网络银行和网络银行的特点以及网络银行在服务和功能方面,尤其是在网上支服方面存在的问题。     

高等教育大众化与二级学院办学模式

在世界高等教育格局发生巨变的背景下，结合我国高等教育实现大众化的进程，从理论上论述了公立大学民营化的发展趋势，总结归纳了初具雏形的具有多种体制的民办高教格局，同时，针对二级学院的办学模式进行了有益探索。     

论入世后我国的银行业改革

全球银行业发展明显地呈现出金融管制放松、银行业通过并购走向巨型化、银行业务全能化、国际化、电子网络化的趋势。这也是入世后我国银行业面临的形势。基于这一认识,我国银行业要放松金融管制,逐步取消分业经营限制,积极推动银行业的并购重组,倡导特色银行,加速推进银行业的电子化、网络化、透明化,重塑监管体制,构建功能性金融监管。     

普里姆（Prim）算法另解

在《数据结构》有关图的章节中,对最小生成树两大算法的解释都是基于MST性质来说明的。由于MST性质每次是选取原图集中值最小两栖边来构造最小生成树,这个过程较为复杂,现可以反其道而行之,采用“破圈法”——每次删除权值最大的边,来产生最小生成树,过程简洁、结果相同,同时可以证明其正确性,不失为一好算法。     

The dynamics of technological change in UK retail banking services: An evolutionary perspective

The purpose of this paper is to elaborate an evolutionary perspective on the process of structural change that has characterized the banking industry in the United Kingdom (UK). For this purpose, the evolution of retail financial services is contrasted against the backdrop of the implementation and development of information and communication technologies (ICTs). The paper delves into the sources and the effects of technological change in banking over a long-term perspective (1840s-1990s) to point out the significance of the opportunities and the constraints that have shaped the growth and development of this industry. This is interpreted as a three-stage evolutionary process driven by intertemporal coordination across several complementary domains, including activities of production, business organization, consumption and the underlying regulatory setting. It is concluded that the evolution of UK retail banking displays the characteristics of a distributed process of innovation in which developers of technologies, service suppliers and customers contribute to the process of structural change of the industry.     

基于SFA的外资银行进入对中国银行业效率的影响研究

采用随机前沿方法（SFA）中的BC（1995）Model2对中国93家商业银行2001年-2006年的年利润效率和技术无效率进行研究。结果发现：外资银行进入能显著降低中国银行业的技术无效率,促进中国银行业利润效率的提高。     

文化差异对美资跨国公司总部知识转移影响研究

摘要：跨国公司内部知识跨国界转移的影响因素很多。本文以美资跨国公司为例,重点分析公司总部的知识转移能力、知识转移意愿、显性知识和社会化知识转移渠道丰富性对向在华子公司转移知识效果的影响。本文还借鉴Hofstede的民族文化模型,重点分析权力距离和男性-女性主义两个纬度上的文化差异对总部知识传播能力-知识转移渠道丰富性-知识转移效果之间关系的调节作用,并据此提出相应的提高跨文化知识转移效果的措施。     

银行业支持产能过剩行业“走出去”的宏观视角分析

产能过剩的化解工作已上升到国家层面,全社会均给予了高度关注。作为金融的核心,中国银行业应看到履行社会责任,支持产能过剩化解对于促进自身进一步发展的重要意义,并结合自身优势,把握其中蕴含的业务机遇。文章从宏观视角来审视产能过剩行业的现象和化解工作,并以此为逻辑分析中国银行业在支持产能过剩行业企业＂走出去＂方面应努力的方向和采取的措施。     

加入世贸组织对中国银行业的影响与对策

加入WTO对中国金融业产生的积极和消极方面的影响是现实而深远的。入世对中国银行业的影响总体效应是利大于弊。为此 ,我们应积极主动地思考和采取应对措施 ,推进入世后中国银行业的稳定发展
