信息论的“缺陷”——埃德加·莫兰对申农之批判

法国当代著名思想家埃德加·莫兰的信息理论 ,是建立在对申农信息论的批判上 ,他对申农有关噪音、比特、冗余等概念提出质疑 :申农把信息定位在纪录信息的符号或运载信息的信号中 ,是犯了本体性错误 ;申农的信息始终是反生成的。自传播源到接收源 ,信息量只会不断减少 ,收到的信息量永远比传出的信息量小。另外 ,申农的信息始终是预生成的。它一出现便像雅典娜一样从头武装到脚。人们不知道它如何出生 ,也无法理解它如何成长。莫兰认为信息应该有其生成与流通过程。

“Enactment of Sámi Past in School Textbooks: Towards Multiple Pasts for Future Making”

The article examines the use of archaeological knowledge in elementary history textbooks used in Norwegian schools today. The aim is to determine whether we can find any traces of colonialism by reviewing how these narratives perform in interrelations within and between the Sámi and Norse pasts, and how the narratives allow for hybridity and heterogeneity. Postcolonial theory turns the narrative into an object of analysis. The findings show that the Sámi material remains are outside the system of cultural change and that the temporal and spatial distances produce binary and homogeneous cultures. New material perspectives can intervene in singular performativity. Learning to enact dynamic material heterogeneity may affect the future of pupils’ participation in cultural negotiations of pastsin present.     

Global convergence or national variation? Examining national patterns of classroom instructional practices

The world culture framework posits a convergence in the organisation of education across the world. On the other hand, scholars observing teaching practices inside classrooms find significant variation among nations and regions of the world. This study examined the global change patterns of classroom practices at the between- and within-country levels, drawing on teacher reports from the Trends in Mathematics and Science Study. Results indicate clear between-country convergence toward more student-centred and conceptual instruction. But a nation’s degree of conformity or resistance to this model was contingent upon other nation-specific factors, including centralised curriculum control or world regional location.

以2007-2017年我国沪深A股的上市民营企业为研究对象,通过计算SA指数,考察我国民营企业融资约束的异质性和收敛性。研究发现,民营企业普遍面临着较为严重的融资约束,区域异质性体现不明显,行业异质性存在,民营企业的融资约束呈现σ-和β-收敛。

英语学习的目的在于交际，而交际的过程是理解意义的过程。具体话语意义的理解总是依靠一定的语境，是其在一定语境下对话语的语用充实。语用充实体现了语言经济性和冗余性的特点。     

西、美殖民菲律宾时期的语言政策对比研究及其启示

16至20世纪,菲律宾先后遭受西班牙和美国的殖民统治,根基薄弱的自身文化受到西方语言帝国主义的强烈冲击和影响。西班牙殖民者采用分化语言政策,通过把菲律宾当地语言拉丁字母化来传播天主教,并禁止、限制菲律宾人使用西班牙语;美国取代西班牙占领菲律宾后采取殖民同化语言政策,通过新教传播而大力推广普及英语,使菲律宾至今仍是亚洲使用英语人口最多的国家之一。本文从社会语言学的视角共时对比研究西、美殖民菲律宾时期语言政策的异同,旨在揭示语言政策的语言学层面意义和社会学层面意义,以期探索其对新时期中国语言政策的启示。
