对深化上海体育科学研究所科技体制改革的几点设想──上海体育科学研究所现状与出路分析

上海体育科学研究所（下称体科所）曾经为体育事业做出过贡献。在新的历史条件下体科所的进一步发展遇到了较大的困难。体制改革滞后是产生困难的深层次的原因。上海体育科技体制改革遇到了良好的机遇。抓住机遇，加大体科所科技体制改革力度，在经费运作、领导体制、组织机构、用工机制等方面作一番较为彻底的改变，是体科所保持可持续发展，开创新局面的出路所在。理顺体制；实现“科技兴体”，也是体科所对跨入新世纪的上海体育发展的一项历史责任。     

Setting up and Sustaining Peer Support Systems in a Range of Schools over 20 Years

This article begins by detailing some of the key ideas behind the concept of peers helping peers. The history of peer support schemes in the UK and of the author's particular and important role in this development are explored. The use of Re-Evaluation Counselling in this model is described. She also details the processes of setting up and sustaining peer support schemes in schools. The factors that are key to these processes are identified and exemplified via case studies.

唐代墓志中“举大事”考辨

以洛阳出土的唐代景教石刻《幢记》中的“举大事”为引子,结合唐代墓志中的其它语料,从语言学的角度进行考察,梳理出“举大事”的词义演变过程,得出“举大事”有“定葬”义,并揭示其内在的文化意义。

民国时期医学期刊《医潮》的内容分析及史料价值

分析了民国晚期在南京创办的医学期刊《医潮》的背景、主要内容及撰稿人,突出了《医潮》在总结日常生活中的护理经验、专业病的外科治疗方法等方面的特色,阐述了《医潮》在研究民国时期中西医之争及公共卫生医疗事业史方面的史料价值。     

Poly A RNA status and expression of milli (m) and micro (μ) calpains in skeletal muscle of duchenne muscular dystrophy patients

Poly A RNA status and itsin vitro translation in a rabbit reticulolysate cell free system, were assessed in the skeletal muscle of young boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Compared to normals there is a significant 48% increase in poly A RNA content of dystrophic muscle and its translatability was increased by 56% based on³⁵S methionine incorporation into total protein systhesised. Immunoprecipitation of the translated products with monospecific antibodies showed that there is a 2.6 fold and a 2 fold increase in m and μ calpains respectively. This underlines the importance of both synthetic and degenerative activities in the early pathology in DMD muscle.

本文基于现有的管理科学学科分类标准 ,以 1990～ 2 0 0 0年各领域发表文章的关键词检索统计为依据 ,通过对检索到的文献的阅读与比较 ,回顾了 2 0世纪最后十年国内外宏观管理与政策研究的现状和特征 ,对国内外研究的热点问题进行了比较分析。研究认为国内宏观管理与政策研究由于受到政府政策的影响 ,过多地关注时事热点 ,而缺乏一个连续的研究思路。
