《朱子读书法》是南宋思想家、教育家朱熹阐述其读书理论的重要作品。包括“循序渐进”、“熟读精思”、“虚心涵泳”、“切己体察”、“着紧用力”、“居敬持志”六个方面。读书六法所阐述的教学思想与当代语文教学有着紧密的联系,不少经验与现代教育理论耦合,可以作为当代语文教学的借鉴。     

浅析赵翼论六言诗兼谈六言诗的发展

赵翼在《陔馀丛考》中有关六言诗的评价可谓触及六言诗发展的实质问题。本文通过解读赵翼关于六言诗的一些观点。例如,赵翼认为六言诗的起源不始于谷永,偏爱王维的六言绝句,并认为六言诗没能兴盛是因为“其虽工但非天地自然之音节”,结合赵翼的诗学理论,客观分析上述观点。与此同时。试对六言诗的发展和最终没能繁荣的原因做一个粗浅探究。     

古代六部制度的渊源与发展

六部制度是我国古代职官制度的重要组成部分,萌芽于西汉,至隋朝正式确立,在唐朝进一步完善。在安史之乱后,由于使职趋重,六部权力被逐渐被分割,故在唐中叶以后,这一制度趋向名存实亡。本文探讨六部制度的发展脉络,以期对古代职官制度有更全面的理解。     

Examining the influence of grip type on wrist and club head kinematics during the golf swing: Benefits of a local co-ordinate system

Wrist movements have been identified as an important factor in producing a successful golf swing, with their complex motion influencing both club head velocity and orientation. However, a detailed analysis of wrist angles is lacking in the literature. The purpose of this study was to determine kinematics across wrists and club head characteristics during the golf swing under weak, neutral and strong grip conditions. Twelve professional male golfers executed 24 shots using a driver under three grip conditions. A six degrees of freedom analysis of the hand with respect to the distal forearm was performed using a 10-camera three-dimensional motion capture system. Differences in joint angles were explored using repeated measures ANOVAs at key swing events (onset, top of backswing and impact), in addition club head velocity and clubface angle at impact were also explored. Main findings revealed significant differences in flexion/extension and internal/external rotation for both wrists at all swing events, whereas fewer significant interactions were found in ulnar/radial deviation across grips for both wrists at all events. Clubface angle only differed significantly between the weak and the strong and neural grips, presenting a more ‘open’ clubface to the intended hitting direction. This study is the first to explore tri-planar wrist movement and the effect of different grips, such analysis has implications for coaching knowledge and practice and should inform future research into different aspects of skill, technique analysis and may inform injury mechanisms/prevention.     

"六秒定律”在高校高水平短跑运动训练中的运用

速度是短跑运动的核心,通过对六秒定律训练法和传统30 m跑训练手段在发展运动员的专项速度素质等方面的比较分析得出,六秒跑距更能反映人体在ATP-CP供能系统下的速度能力,在高校高水平短跑运动训练中,引入六秒定律训练法,对提高运动员的加速能力和对全程节奏的控制能力,均有良好的训练效果.     

中国能源强度收敛性的理论与实证分析

首先结合内生增长模型,从理论上证明能源强度收敛性的存在;其次,采用我国2000—2012年相关数据,基于不同收敛模型的设定——σ收敛和β收敛模型,以及不同的估计方法——系统GMM和工具变量法,实证研究全国和高收入组、中收入组以及低收入组的能源强度收敛情况,研究得到如下结论:(1)从全国层面来看,我国能源强度存在σ收敛和β收敛;(2)从不同收入层面来看,高收入组、中收入组以及低收入组分别存在σ收敛和β收敛;(3)人均GDP、城市化水平、研发强度、能源价格是影响能源强度收敛的重要因素。     

Using Six Sigma and Lean in the Library

Businesses have long relied on a variety of strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and service. Some ideas that have persisted over time are Six Sigma and Lean. While Six Sigma, originally intended for manufacturing, focuses on quality and Lean mainly addresses waste, many of the tools and principles involved can also apply to libraries. This article will review the literature on Lean and Six Sigma as they are used in business and then as they have been used in libraries. The resulting discussion will cover how the principles can be applied to better connect with stakeholders by mapping processes and discovering what is value added (VA) versus nonvalue added (NVA), anticipating failure modes using the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) framework, and implementing control plans to maintain quality processes and service.     

Application of Sigma Metrics for the Assessment of Quality Assurance in Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory in India: A Pilot Study

Ensuring quality of laboratory services is the need of the hour in the field of health care. Keeping in mind the revolution ushered by six sigma concept in corporate world, health care sector may reap the benefits of the same. Six sigma provides a general methodology to describe performance on sigma scale. We aimed to gauge our laboratory performance by sigma metrics. Internal quality control (QC) data was analyzed retrospectively over a period of 6 months from July 2009 to December 2009. Laboratory mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation were calculated for all the parameters. Sigma was calculated for both the levels of internal QC. Satisfactory sigma values (>6) were elicited for creatinine, triglycerides, SGOT, CPK-Total and Amylase. Blood urea performed poorly on the sigma scale with sigma <3. The findings of our exercise emphasize the need for detailed evaluation and adoption of ameliorative measures in order to effectuate six sigma standards for all the analytical processes.
