This study investigated the basic cognitive skills soldiers must possess before entering the Army, skills that are needed for successful completion of entry-level training. Judgments of 126 instructors from 25 military occupational specialties were obtained on 129 candidate skills, which resulted in the identification of 55 basic skills. Factor analysis of these 55 skill items resulted in 11 interpretable factors. Mean scores on the factors were compared across factors and across Army training schools. The results of the study suggest that, for all occupational specialties studied, skills related to the learning process are as crucial as traditional academic skills for successful training course completion. These results have important implications for training for the Army as well as for industry. 相似文献

高新技术企业如何进行创新能力管理是关系其能否持久生存的重要问题。对雅虎、Facebook等高新技术企业的案例进行比较分析,探索影响企业持续成长的创新管理问题;拓展摩尔模型中消费者心智阶梯的发展路径,并从企业创新能力管理角度扩展摩尔模型。研究结果表明:高新技术企业面对的消费者市场具有特殊的时序化创新偏好,无视时序化市场特征的创新能力管理方式将导致企业失去持续成长的动力,高新技术企业的核心创新能力必须能够满足其对应的时序化市场需要;创新能力发展对策是高新技术企业赢得市场、实现创新价值、保证持续成长的重要创新战略内容;高新技术企业的创新战略应构建在时序化消费者市场的基本特征之上,只有能够适时调整自身的创新能力发展方向才能满足其所面对的时序化消费者市场需求,获得下一阶段发展所需资源,实现科学的创新能力管理,获得企业的持续成长,为行业和社会发展提供创新支撑。 相似文献

目的:提取并纯化粉防己多糖(SMP),确定其组成,研究其清除活性氧自由基的作用.方法:利用水提醇沉得到粉防己粗多糖,再经DEAE纤维素和聚酰胺纯制.利用Fenton反应研究SMP清除·OH的作用;利用邻苯三酚自氧化法研究SMP清除·O2-的作用.结果:纸色谱显示SMP是由葡萄糖组成的匀多糖;SMP清除·OH的能力较弱;清除·O2-时的效果稍强,IC50为1956.1μg/ml.结论:粉防己多糖为首次提取制得,有一定的清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的作用. 相似文献

AbstractThe authors have completed a 2-year quasi-experimental study on the use of inquiry-based learning (IBL) in precalculus. This study included six traditional lecture-style courses and seven modified Moore method courses taught by three instructors. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses were used to investigate the attitudes and beliefs of the students in each section. In this article, we provide a summary of those results with a particular focus on the Openness to IBL survey we developed for assessing student preferences for either student-centered or teacher-centered instruction. Although the majority of the students exhibited a strong preference for direct instruction, students whose scores favored student-centered approaches according to the survey also tended to perform better on the final exam, indicating that a key element to success in an IBL course may be students’ perceptions of the method. 相似文献

This paper describes, as an alternative to the Moore Method or a purely flipped classroom, a student-driven, textbook-supported method for teaching that allows movement through the standard course material with differing depths, but the same pace. This method, which includes a combination of board work followed by class discussion, on-demand brief lectures by the professor, written homework, exams, and a course portfolio, has been used successfully for 25 years with four different textbooks in Real Analysis.
