Analyzing Food Science Research for Publishing Characteristics as a Model for Understanding the Needs of Researchers

Abstract

This paper provides a methodology to study the characteristics of the research output from a university department. The faculty publications and their cited references over a 10-year period were used as the basis for this study to identify their publishing patterns and the types of material they are publishing; a core set of journals and other resources they are publishing in and citing over this period; the characteristics of the journals in which they publish and cite; the degree of openness of their publications and their citation advantage; and the age of resources that are referenced.     

健美操课对中专女生形态、素质、机能影响的实验研究

本文通过对 2 0 0名女中专生进行健美操锻炼的实验研究 ,试图揭示健美操锻炼对仍处于青春发育期的中专女生 ,在形态、身体素质、生理机能三方面的影响情况。研究表明长期的健美操锻炼能有效改善女生的体态 ,并对呼吸系统、心肌功能的增强有良好的促进作用 ,但在身体素质方面 ,除了耐力素质有明显提高外 ,上肢力量和速度素质无显著差异。     

茶氨酸的生理作用及与运动的关系

茶氨酸是茶叶特有的1种氨基酸,是绿茶中有效的呈味物质,含量直接决定茶叶的品质。根据国内外已有的研究成果对茶氨酸的生理作用做一全面综述,并对其与运动的关系做一简要评述。其生理作用有降低血压、抗肿瘤、提高学习和记忆能力、放松、神经保护、抗疲劳、减轻体脂、免疫。茶氨酸是1种十分安全的、无毒的食品添加剂,可以提高运动能力,加速运动后疲劳的恢复,因此,可考虑将茶氨酸作为运动饮料的添加剂。     

人口老龄化背景下图书馆工作的探索

老年读者群体正在成为图书馆中一个持续稳定并不断壮大的特殊读者群体。从人体工程学角度分析了老年人的生理和心理特征以及老年读者对图书馆的特殊要求,对人口老龄化背景下的图书馆工作进行了科学全面的探讨和分析,并提出了一些建设性意见,以期探索出适宜老年人阅读和活动的图书馆环境。

高校内部治理中教师权利实现的影响因素分析

当前高校内部治理中教师权利的实现总体水平偏低,原因主要在于教师的权利意识、权利能力、责任感以及高校关于权利实现的制度保障等方面水平不高。要促进高校内部治理中教师权利的实现,须以高校教师权责意识整合与培养为逻辑起点,以提高教师的权利能力为基本条件,以"学术本位"、"民主协商"的组织文化建设为方向和根本,以治理主体权利配置与权利保障制度的完善为关键环节。     

一流大学建设高校海归教师科研表现自我评价的调查分析

高校海归教师是归国留学人员的重要组成群体,他们知识储备丰富、国际化视野宽广。本研究基于跨文化再适应视角,采用问卷调查的方式,对41所一流大学建设高校的1417名海归教师回国后的科研表现及其主要影响因素进行调查分析。调查结果显示,海归教师对其在课题申报和成果发表方面的评价不高;其在海外学习和工作期间的适应情况、对院系工作氛围的认同程度以及与海外导师、同事或同门开展合作的频率,对海归教师的科研表现具有显著的正向影响。     

Latin@ advocacy in the hyphen: faculty identity and commitment in a Hispanic‐serving institution

This study examines our experiences as female junior scholars with multicultural backgrounds teaching at the same Hispanic‐serving institution. As education scholars with mixed‐heritage families, we identify with the commitment to serving Latinos and the number of mixed‐heritage people in the USA. The election of Barack Obama, whose racial background is both black and white, to the US presidency signifies the emergence of mixed‐heritage people as a demographic presence in this country. Our research suggests that more understanding is needed about the experiences of mixed‐heritage faculty in academia, as well as the ways in which faculty from any background may develop multiple affiliations with cultural communities and pursue professional agendas related to communities that they do not neatly fit into. Despite this variation in backgrounds and research agendas, we share our efforts in advancing Latin@ educational attainment.     

一段难忘的历史——原华中工学院师资队伍建设和朱九思

自"文革"后期始,华中工学院在以朱九思为首的学校党委领导下,十分重视师资队伍建设。采取的主要措施包括:对中、青年教师进行脱产补课;狠抓师资队伍的扩大与结构改造;狠抓骨干教师的培养;认真落实党的知识分子政策,全面关心教师的生活。这些措施,为华中工学院由一所纯工科大学发展为一所综合性大学,并迅速在国内崛起奠定了良好的基础。
