Best of both worlds or refusal to comply? The rich kids of Tehran on Instagram

ABSTRACT

This article offers a textual analysis and semiotic reading of the Rich Kids of Tehran's (RKOT’s) Instagram page. Contributing to scholarship on Iranian youth media practices, this article interrogates how the RKOT navigate urban and rural space to engage in everyday processes of resistance against global and local systemic oppression. Grounding their visual representations on Instagram in historical and cultural context, the author questions how and when quotidian actions are transformed into political transgressions when posted on social media. This article emphasizes the RKOT's agency in shaping their brand by analyzing representations of gender performance, intertextuality, and national identity on Instagram.     

论有氧搏击操在我国高等院校的发展前景

激昂、劲力、富有时代感的有氧搏击操是文明健康的运动项目。在增强大学生体质、塑造形体和防卫能力等方面都能发挥作用。根据调查，绍兴文理学院有89．2％的学生喜欢有氧搏击操。从这个侧面，可预测全国高校大多数学生是喜欢有氧搏击操的。笔者通过问卷调查法、资料分析法和专家访谈法对有氧搏击操本身的功能和各方面的关系及在我国高等院校的发展前景进行了分析，认为：有氧搏击操将会是新世纪大学体育课中的热门项目。

REAL: Ein ressourcenadaptierendes mobiles Navigationssystem

Zusammenfassung.   Die intelligente Ressourcenadaption ist eine der gro?en Herausforderungen für die n?chste Generation mobiler Navigationssysteme. Da man typischerweise mehrere Fortbewegungsarten oder Verkehrsmittel kombinieren muss, um an einen Zielort zu gelangen, muss sichergestellt werden, dass mobile, allgegenw?rtige Navigationshilfen dies über eine jeweils situationsangepasste Benutzerschnittstelle unterstützen. Der notwendige Wechsel zwischen verschiedenen Positionierungstechnologien soll für den Endbenutzer m?glichst unbemerkt bleiben. Im folgenden wird ein hybrides Personennavigationssystem vorgestellt, das die in bestimmten Fortbewegungssituationen verfügbaren Positionierungstechnologien und deren Genauigkeit optimal nutzt, um die Pr?sentation der Wegbeschreibung auf verschiedene Endger?te und Ausgabemodalit?ten sowie die kognitive Ressourcenlage des Benutzers zu adaptieren. 振动沉管桩贯入阻力对设计、施工的影响

振动沉管桩因其在施工中明显的优势而被广泛采用，但实际操作中常出现沉桩达不到设计标高现象，而不得不改变施工工艺、更换设备或变更设计，从而延误工期，增加投资等情况。本文通过对振动沉桩的贯入机理、贯入阻力的估算、取值方法、阻力判定及实例分析，让设计、施工人员在设计、施工沉管桩时能合理地确定施工方法、进度、质量。     

Efficacy of massage on muscle soreness,perceived recovery,physiological restoration and physical performance in male bodybuilders

It is believed that sport massage after intensive exercise might improve power and perceptual recovery in athletes. However, few studies have been done in this area. This study aimed to examine the effect of massage on the performance of bodybuilders. Thirty experienced male bodybuilders were randomly assigned to either a massage group (n = 15) or a control group (n = 15). Both groups performed five repetition sets at 75–77% of 1RM of knee extensor and flexor muscle groups. The massage group then received a 30-min massage after the exercise protocol while the control group maintained their normal passive recovery. Criteria under investigation included: plasma creatine kinase (CK) level, agility test, vertical jump test, isometric torque test, and perception of soreness. All variables were measured over 6 time periods: baseline, immediately after the DOMS inducing protocol, right after the massage, and 24, 48, and 72 h after the massage. Both groups showed significant (P < .001) decreases in jumping, agility performance, and isometric torque, but significant (P < .001) increases in CK and muscle soreness levels. The massage group in general demonstrated a better recovery rate. As such, a post-exercise massage session can improve the exercise performance and recovery rate in male bodybuilders after intensive exercise.

建立太阳能驱动的空间斯特林热机的循环模型，应用有限时间热力学理论和太阳能集热器的辐射损失模型，研究受热阻和回热损失影响的太阳能斯特林热机循环性能，导出空间热机效率的基本优化关系，确定太阳能集热器的最佳工作温度和效率界限，讨论各种不可逆性对空间热机性能的影响，所得结论可为太阳能空间斯特林热机的优化设计提供新的理论指导。
