不同的"位"决定了高校在高等教育结构中不同的功能.真正的定位发生在多重博弈之后.安于其位,就是各个高校要根据市场需要、国家要求以及自身的条件做到安于职守、各司其职.安于其位的前提是正确理解"位"的差异性问题,防止高校盲目追求"上位";安于其位的核心是组织认同;安于其位的保障是制度.

我国东部地区产业结构升级进程加快,西部地区迎来承接东部地区产业转移的历史新机遇。针对国内东部产业转移形势的分析,结合渭南市现有的条件优势,就其承接东部产业转移的对策问题进行初步探讨。     

现实困顿之下的理性起步——2006年我国传媒经济学研究概述

本文主要通过对期刊文献的回顾分析,从学科本身、传媒产品、传媒组织行为、媒体市场结构、传媒产业结构、政策与规制等六个方面综述了2006年国内传媒经济研究的进展,并指出了不足和今后研究建议。     

GPS-RTK技术在某地质勘查项目中的应用

在山区进行地质勘查测量中,由于受高差变化大、地形复杂多变、通视条件差等不利因素的影响,传统测量方法存在诸多不便。GPS-RTK技术具有实时性强、操作简便、无须通视、定位精度高等优点,提高了测量工作效率,充分保证测量精度,在山区地质勘查测量中得到了广泛应用。本文以江西某地质勘查项目为例,通过利用GPS-RTK技术对勘查区内地质钻孔进行孔位定测。最终测量结果表明:GPS-RTK技术在复杂地形条件下的测量成果均满足地质勘查测量规范要求。     

ZigBee技术在实验室设备定位中的应用设计

本设计实现了一种低成本、适用于管理实验室设备的无线传感器定位系统,该系统采用Zig Bee无线技术RSSI定位方法,进行软硬件设计。通过对系统调试结果的分析可知,试验装置适合实验室环境使用,测试结果显示误差在可接受范围。     

The role of technological catch up and domestic market growth in the genesis of emerging country based multinationals

The paper presents a model that evaluates how upgraded technological capabilities of emerging country based multinationals (EMNCs) and an increase in the domestic market size of large emerging countries affect value chain location choices and the competitiveness of emerging country based firms versus advanced country based ones. The model shows that, even without possessing a competitive advantage in terms of technology and/or brands, EMNCs from large or rapidly technologically advancing countries can become dominant players in the global system. The model highlights the central role of firm level technological intensity and product differentiation in determining the location of value chain activities as well as defining organisational boundaries. Empirical analysis of the location choices of the world's top multinationals from large advanced and emerging countries in 2010 supports the model's predictions.     

政府在中小企业创新中的功能定位比较分析

中小企业创新在世界各国经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用,各国政府对中小企业创新扶持力度和扶持角度各不相同,中国的中小企业创新起步较晚,如何让中小企业尽快发展起来,政府在扶持中小企业发展中的定位问题很关键。本文在比较西方各国做法的基础上,希望我国政府在对中小企业创新管理上定位适当,为企业打造良性发展的平台。     

Foreign direct investment in industrial research and development: A study of German MNCs

This paper reports on the international research and development (R&D) investments of German multinational corporations (MNCs). Based on a detailed empirical survey of laboratory sites established by 49 German MNCs, we examine (i) the level and pace of R&D internationalization, (ii) the motivations and mandates of overseas R&D laboratories, as well as (iii) the strength of the laboratories’ internal and external ties. Participating firms account for about 46% of all German enterprises with international R&D activities and approximately 66% of the nation's privately funded R&D expenditures in 1999. The findings indicate that the timing and organization of German owned overseas R&D investments more closely resemble Japanese or French than US or Swedish firms. Furthermore, in line with prior studies, German MNCs increasingly invest in international R&D for resource as opposed to market-seeking motives. The paper also finds significant differences with regard to the laboratory's mission and its geographical location on one hand, and its internal and external embeddedness, on the other.

彝族,是凤庆县除汉族以外人口最多的民族。近年来,国内对彝族的研究日益深入。但是,有关凤庆彝族的源流问题,还很少有文章对其进行专门探讨。文章主要结合凤庆的历史沿革,参考古代典籍文献,对该问题作一个初步梳理。
