Using the Information Structure Model to Compare Profile-Based Information Filtering Systems

In the IR field it is clear that the value of a system depends on the cost and benefit profiles of its users. It would seem obvious that different users would prefer different systems. In the TREC-9 filtering track, systems are evaluated by a utility measure specifying a given cost and benefit. However, in the study of decision systems it is known that, in some cases, one system may be unconditionally better than another. In this paper we employ a decision theoretic approach to find conditions under which an Information Filtering (IF) system is unconditionally superior to another for all users regardless of their cost and benefit profiles.It is well known that if two IF systems have equal precision the system with better recall will be preferred by all users. Similarly, with equal recall, better precision is universally preferred. We confirm these known results and discover an unexpected dominance relation in which a system with lower recall will be universally preferred provided its precision is sufficiently higher.     

关于三段论一般规则存在依据的思考

三段论理论是人类有史以来第一个真正的理论体系.选择有效式是构造三段论理论重要的一环.三段论一般规则是一种最简单实用的选择方法,但却存在理由不足的缺陷.包含关系的概念内涵之间所具有的蕴涵关系,能够单一地引申或者说充分地论证三段论全部一般规则,甚至能直接识别出三段论每一个具体的有效式,从而为采用一般规则做有效式选择标准的三段论理论提供了可靠的理论依据.     

关于审判监督程序法律设置的探析

审判监督程序是我国刑事诉讼中的一项重要补救程序。笔者在对这一程序进行分析后认为,法院不能成为审判监督程序的提起机关。如果由法院提起审判监督程序,会导致诉讼职能的混淆,导致法律监督的错位,引起证据规则的混乱,带来上诉不加刑原则的虚置等后果。从完善审判监督程序出发,提出审判监督程序的提起机关一体化,对按审判监督程序审理的案件一律开庭审理,从而保证审判监督程序的作用得到充分发挥。

新颖独到的栏目设置,是提高高校学报质量的重要途径。各高校学报应根据本校的学科建设规划,设置重点栏目,办出各自的特色,为提高本校的教学和科研水平作出应有的贡献。     

体育无形资产评估体系研究

通过文献法对我国体育无形资产的评估体系进行了研究,提出并分析了体育无形资产评估中的主体、客体、职能、遵循的标准、法定程序和评估方法等6大要素,探讨了体育无形资产评估中的重置成本、收益额、机会成本、最低收益额、技术成分率、经济寿命、折现率、损耗率等指标和参数,并从申请立项、资产清查、评定估算、验证确认等4个方面论述了体育无形资产评估的工作程序。     

程序教学法在普通高校体育课的应用与研究

在普通高校体育课中的健美操课、排球课、太极拳课教学中进行了“程序教学法”的教学实验，结果表明：实验组成绩优于对照组而且有显著差异；实验组成绩趋于高分一端，从而对“学生成绩呈正态分布”的传统观点提出了挑战。应用程序教学法，能使不同层次的学生根据自己的实际情况学习适应自己水平的教材，能够充分发挥教师的指导作用与学生主体作用。有利于形成新的学生观和教学观。

立法是美国大学体育管理的重要组成部分,所有的校际体育运动应遵循联合会的立法及法规,全国大学生体育联合会、区域领导委员会、管理委员会、大学联盟会均应以联合会的法规作为其行为准则,并与联合会的宗旨和基本原则相统一。     

"普通话教学与测试互动性研究"探索一

普通话教学与测试是一体两面的统一体，教学服务测试，测试指导教学。文章阐述了普通话教学如何为测试服务的问题，并详细介绍了逆序训练法。所谓逆序训练法就是以说话为突破点，辐射PSC的其他三个测试项，重点培训受试人普通话口语表迭能力。普通话教学为测试服务，但又不仅仅是服务于普通话水平测试本身。     

The Concept of Inclusive Education: Teacher Training and Acquisition of English Language in the Hearing Impaired

Three languages are widely used in schools in Kenya – English, Kiswahili and Kenya Sign Language. Many pupils with hearing impairments are taught separately from the mainstream, in specialist settings. The fact that most of the formal teaching, assessment and examination processes in Kenyan schools rely upon spoken and written English compounds the separation of these pupils from the mainstream of education and, potentially, from the mainstream of society. In this article, Gertrude Wamae, graduate assistant in the Department of English and Linguistics at Kenyatta University, and Rachael Kang'ethe-Kamau, lecturer in the Department of Special Education at Kenyatta University, discuss the relationships between language, hearing impairment and inclusion in the Kenyan context. The article suggests that the use of signed exact English would enhance opportunities for inclusion for those with hearing impairments and that programmes of teacher training need to take account of persuasive research in this area. The article closes with a plea for further research, carried out collaboratively by educationalists, linguists, teacher trainers and practitioners, to develop policies and practices suited to more inclusive futures. The article is based on a paper presented to the International Conference on Inclusive Education run by Maseno University in September 2002.

从人体运动生理及心理学角度，阐述了体育教学的特殊过程。由运动中人体生理变化特点看，运动机能一般经历上升，上升后的维持，及下降阶段，相应地，体育教学也存在着准备阶段、基本阶段和结束阶段。而从心理学角度分析，体育教学应该是由集中注意、引起动机、激发情绪、磨练意志四个有机组成部分整合而成。
