“双一流”背景下师范院校教师发展服务支持现状及路径

文章通过对4所师范类国家级示范教师发展中心工作的目标、内容、结果、特色的梳理,了解教师发展服务支持的四个疑问、四个转变,以及提出师范院校如何更好地为教师发展提供服务支持的四个创新。     

儒家“五常”思想在大学生创新创业精神培育中的运用

中国儒家“五常”思想承载了丰富的创新创业品质。高校创新创业教育应从儒家“五常”思想中汲取精髓,深入挖掘其中有助于培育大学生创新创业教育的思想资源,积极将儒家“五常”思想融入大学生创新创业精神培育的全过程。儒家“五常”思想与大学生创新创业精神培育在修身立业、财富积累、人际交往、终身学习、信誉至上等观念的培养上具有高度的契合性。儒家“五常”思想融入大学生创新创业教育,需要在观念、思想和文化上与时俱进,实现“三个转变”,设置切实可行的实践路径。

阐述“两课”教学在高校思想政治教育中的重要作用。提出要提高“两课”教学效果,必须努力实现由以教师为中心向以学生为中心,由注重学科的体系性向强调理论教学的针对性这“两个转变”。     

武汉体育学院教材管理工作改革的思考

根据全国高校教材管理工作改革的趋势,针对武汉体育学院教材管理工作存在的问题,进行了分析思考。指出为了适应日益深化的教学改革的需要,三大转变是改革的方向：从经验管理到现代化管理的转变,管理职能由单一的供应向供应、建设、研究三位一体的转变,单一服务向“服务为主,适度经营”管理理念的转变。     

新形势下做好特战新兵工作须推进“三个转变”

随着部队编制体制改革的不断深入,特种部队比例明显增加,但特战兵在征集训练和管理方面仍存在问题与不足,如何实现由"数量规模"向"按需征集"、由"常规组训"向"超常组训"、由"粗放型"向"精细型"三个转变,已成为我军特种部队当前必须认真研究的问题。     

Following Young Students’ Understanding of Three Phenomena in which Transformations of Matter Occur

In order to develop successful teaching approaches to transformations of matter, we need to know more about how young students develop an understanding of these processes. In this longitudinal study, we followed 25 students from 7 to 13 years of age in their reasoning about transformations of matter. The questions addressed included how the students’ understanding of transformations of matter changed and how we can make sense of individual learning pathways. In interviews performed once or twice every year the students described and explained three situations: fading leaves left on the ground, a burning candle, and a glass of water covered with a glass plate on which some mist had formed. When analysing the interviews, we found a common pathway of how the students’ ideas changed over the years in each one of the situations. When analysing individual student’s interviews with Ausubel’s assimilation theory we could discern subordinate, superordinate and combinatorial learning. How these findings can contribute to an improvement of teaching about transformations of matter is discussed.     

Computation of the Simplest Normal Forms for Resonant Double Hopf Bifurcations System Based on Lie Transform

The simplest normal form of resonant double Hopf bifurcation was studied based on Lie operator. The coefficients of the simplest normal forms of resonant double Hopf bifurcation and the nonlinear transformations in terms of the original system coefficients were given explicitly. The nonlinear transformations were used for reducing the lower- and higher-order normal forms, and the rank of system matrix was used to determine the coefficient of normal form which could be reduced. These make the gained normal form simpler than the traditional one. A general program was compiled with Mathematica. This program can compute the simplest normal form of resonant double Hopf bifurcation and the non-resonant form up to the 7th order.     

Benchlearning – an action research program for transforming leadership and school practices

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we investigate how a Benchlearning program for principals in Norway and Sweden supports changes in Norwegian principals’ leadership practices. The program design builds on principles for practical action research. The aim of the program was to inspire changes in the principals’ leadership practices that encourage innovative school practices. The program includes learning modes such as theoretical inputs, sharing experiences, school visits, training, and trialling of new leadership practices. Drawing on data from participants’ reflections on their learning and changes in their leadership practices, we identify transformations that have been realized and the ways in which the Benchlearning program has supported the transformations. The findings indicate that the program can be seen as a systematic and disciplined process, a ‘meta-practice’, that supports changes in the principals’ leadership practices, their understandings, and the conditions of their practice. More specifically, the findings show that the theoretical inputs and practical learning modes stimulated transformations of the principals’ thinking about leadership practices, what they do in practice and how they relate to others. In particular, the study suggests that the principals’ active participation in trialling new leadership practices in their own schools stimulated transformations.
