南宋江西禅僧释晓莹考论

释晓莹是我国佛教史上一位具有较大影响的佛教史家。有关释晓莹生卒年和《云卧纪谈》成书时间等未见记载,这些限制了后人对他生平及著作的研究。我们推论为：释晓莹生年大致在宣和四年即1122年;《云卧纪谈》成书时间大致在淳熙十年（1183）二月之后,淳熙十六年（1189）十一月之前。     

Adult mental health outcomes of child sexual abuse survivors born at extremely low birth weight

The high prevalence of child sexual abuse (CSA) is concerning, particularly as survivors are at increased risk for multiple adverse outcomes, including poor mental health across the lifespan. Children born at an extremely low birth weight (ELBW; <1000 g) and who experience CSA may be a group that is especially vulnerable to psychopathology later in life. However, no research has considered the mental health risks associated with being born at ELBW and experiencing CSA. In this study, we investigated the mental health of 179 ELBW survivors and 145 matched normal birth weight (NBW; >2500 g) participants at ages 22–26 and 29–36. At age 22–26, CSA was associated with increased odds of clinically significant internalizing (OR = 7.32, 95% CI: 2.31–23.23) and externalizing (OR = 4.65, 95% CI: 1.11–19.51) problems among ELBW participants exposed to CSA compared to those who did not, though confidence intervals were wide. At age 29–36, CSA was linked to increased odds of any current (OR = 3.43, 95% CI: 1.08–10.87) and lifetime (OR = 7.09, 95% CI: 2.00–25.03) non-substance use psychiatric disorders, however, this did not hold after adjustment for covariates. Statistically significant differences in mental health outcomes were not observed in NBW participants exposed to CSA compared to NBW participants who were not exposed. Survivors of significant perinatal adversity who are also exposed to CSA may be at higher risk for psychopathology through the fourth decade of life.     

论生育权

本否证了生育权视为一种夫妻之间的身份权的观点，并指出其本质归属应为人格权之构成部分。认为生育权的权能构成应该包括生育请求权、生育决权、生育方式选择权，以此为基础提出了完整的生育权体系的观点。最后，章对生育权的侵权损害赔偿责任认定以及法律上的必要限制也作了阐释。     

贵州少数民族大学生生育价值观现状调查研究

选取657名少数民族大学生为调查对象,采用"生育价值观问卷",考察了少数民族大学生生育价值观的年级特点、性别差异、城乡类型差异及文理科的差异。结果表明:少数民族大学生在生育需要、生育方法、生育愿望和生育职责上有显著性别差异,女生显著高于男生。少数民族城市大学生在生育需要、生育方法、生育愿望和生育职责上显著高于农村大学生。少数民族大学生生育价值观在年级类型上差异显著,大一学生在性别偏好、生育数量、生育时间、生育质量上显著高于其他各年级。少数民族理科大学生在生育数量、生育时间和生育职责上显著高于少数民族文科大学生。     

Dayton William Dix's Birth Story

In this birth story, a young mother relates her experience of moving beyond fear of labor and birth and developing confidence in her ability to give birth without an epidural. Knowledge and support, including the support of a doula, during the last months of pregnancy helped this mother change her plans for the labor and birth. This story highlights the importance of continuous emotional and physical support and how knowledge and confidence set the stage for a satisfying, safe, and healthy birth.     

Waiting to inhale: how to unhurry the moment of birth

A doula and expectant mother's view of birth is forever changed when she sees a midwife simply place a newly born child below her mother at the moment of birth. The pause that the mother experiences in this moment as she studies, touches, and claims her child prompts the author to reflect in this guest editorial on ways we might be disturbing the natural sequence of birth as we deliver babies directly to their mothers' chests.     

管窥南朝与北朝对“郡望”的不同态度

虽然＂郡望＂一词对南北朝社会影响深远,但南朝与北朝对汉族大姓望族的认可态度不同,南朝与北朝冒籍现象的程度不同,南朝与北朝的人们对祖籍的态度不同。之所以会出现不同的态度,是因为南朝与北朝政权依靠的力量、迁都的影响以及文化方面存在差异,而且南朝对于墓志碑铭、谱系的管理制度相对北朝也更为健全和完善。     

浅析金东里写神小说

金东里是韩国近、现代文学史上著名的纯文学作家,他的小说神秘而哀伤,唯美而蕴含哲理。金东里不仅在他的散文当中多次提到了生与死,人与神、人与自然的问题,而且在他的写神小说中也暗含了对这些问题的探讨。韩国很多学者撰文就金东里的这些思想发表评论。本文以金东里的散文和一些韩国学者的文章为例证,通过分析金东里的写神小说,在这些小说中寻求金东里向读者传递的哲学思想,最后得出结论,在金东里的写神小说中蕴含了生死合一,人神合一,以及人与自然相统一的思想。     

中世纪后期英国妇女教育状况及其影响探析

中世纪一直被称作是"黑暗的时代"。和西欧大陆的国家一样,由于受到基督教原罪说和社会经济发展水平的限制,英国妇女的地位也很低,很少受到系统的教育。然而到中世纪后期特别是13、14世纪以后,妇女在经济活动中所扮演角色的提高,圣母崇拜在整个西欧地区的盛行,新的教育机构的出现使得英国妇女受教育状况的改善变得必要和可能了。英国妇女受教育程度的提高为其英国社会及其后来为自身解放进行的斗争奠定了基础。     

梁启超文学启蒙思想的产生

作为晚清启蒙文学的领军人物,梁启超的文学启蒙思想有一个逐渐生成的过程。1898年9月（即戊戌政变）以前,晚清救亡图存的现实之需,促使梁启超开始从国民精神层面来考虑民族振兴之路,这在其思想文化观念上有具体表现,并由此引发了他利用文学来启蒙国民的初步思考。
