1995年6月,国务院颁布《全民健身计划纲要》,随着此纲要的颁布,当今人们对体育运动是越来越重视。然而运动必将产生疲劳,随着自由基理论引入运动医学领域之后,运动与自由基已成为人们关注的课题。最近一些科学研究也恰巧证明了咖啡有利于清除自由基。同时为竞技运动员的疲劳恢复开辟了新的出路。本文就咖啡与运动性疲劳和机体细胞的损伤这一问题进行简要综述。  相似文献

Alumina nanoparticles (A1NP) were synthe- sized from aluminium nitrate using extracts of tea, coffee and triphala--a well known herbal plant as well as a non- toxic and eco--friendly green material. The synthesis was carried out taking 1:4 ratio of metal salt and these extracts under microwave irradiations at 540 W, which gave better yield of nanoparticles. Water was taken as solvent medium. The formations of A1NP were initially monitored by the colour changes occurring in the reaction mixture during the incubation period. As synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV-Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The A1NP were found to be spherical in shape in case of tea and coffee extracts with a size of 50-200 nm and to be oval shaped in case of triphala extract with an average size of 200-400 nm. The formation of A1NP with the microwave-assistance using these plant extracts has proved to be very faster than any other methods. In addition, excellent reproducibility of these nanoparticles, without the use of any additional capping agent or stabilizer will have great advantages in compari- son with microbial synthesis, avoiding all the tedious and hygienic complications.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The emergence of close-knit global–local links in many agro-food production systems has necessitated rigorous coordination between the key stakeholders to ensure that quality and safety standards are met. To analyze this new supply chain configuration, agro-food studies inspired by convention theory have drawn significant attention to the plurality of quality conventions. In the literature specifically focusing on the inter-relationships between multiple quality conventions, the ways of interpreting a specific value orientation are perceived to have important implications. This view may lead to a questioning of how the configuration of multiple quality conventions can be stabilized if conflicting justification principles are not easily reconciled. The argument is further connected with an examination of situated plurality in a particular context, focusing on how the boundary among multiple quality conventions is stabilized on the ground. In this paper, through a case analysis of coffee quality management in Timor-Leste, I attempt to demonstrate that commoditization is to be reformulated as the process in which the qualification of objects and regularization of action are constituted through the differentiation of consumable quality as generality from heterogeneous cultural elements as particularity.  相似文献

大学生科研训练(Student Research Training,SRT)计划是提高大学生科研能力的重要途径之一,也是培养国家理科基地创新性人才的重要举措。为了解决在实施SRT过程中出现的老师与学生交流不足的问题,南京农业大学引入了以Coffee Break和Seminar为主体的交流模式。经过近四年的实践探索,该模式有力地完善和保障了SRT的顺利实施,大大促进了创新型人才的培养。文章对此进行了详细的阐述。  相似文献
