9-蒽醛-（4-硝基）苯腙对氟离子高选择比色传感

合成9-蒽醛-（4-硝基）苯腙,用紫外光谱仪研究了其与阴离子识别作用。实验表明：以二氯甲烷为溶液,该受体对F-阴离子有灵敏的光谱响应,吸收光谱由422nm红移至604nm,溶液的颜色由黄色转变为蓝色,可见该受体是氟离子灵敏的比色传感试剂。

Mixed control of uncertain jumping time-delay systems

In this paper, we investigate a class of linear continuous-time systems with Markovian jump parameters. An integral part of the system dynamics is a delayed state with time-varying and bounded delays. The jumping parameters are modeled as a continuous-time, discrete-state Markov process. Employing norm-bounded parametric uncertainties and utilizing the second-method of Lyapunov, we examine the problem of designing a mixed controller which minimizes a quadratic performance measure while satisfying a prescribed -norm bound on the closed-loop system. It is established that sufficient conditions for the existence of the mixed controller and the associated performance upper bound could be cast in the form of linear matrix inequalities.     

质子膜表面粗糙化对质子交换膜燃料电池膜电极性能改善研究

通过对Nafion117表面粗糙化和“预先溶胀法”制备技术提高了微型PEM燃料电池膜电极(MEA)的极化性能. 循环伏安(CV)和交流阻抗(EIS)等电化学检测手方法证明， Nafion117表面粗糙化后扩展了催化层/质子膜三相界面区域，增大了电化学反应的催化活性点，降低了界面的接触阻抗.     

基于启发式教学的学习者信息需求调查与分析研究

为了使启发式教学更有效地开展,研究启发式教学中学习者的信息需求是必不可少的环节。笔者在对《教学设计原理与方法》课程连续三年启发式教学实践的研究过程中,收集、整理并统计分析《启发式教学中学习者信息需求的调查问卷》。针对分析结果,提出学习者的信息需求层次模型,基于此模型给出启发式教学中对学习者进行知识与信息引导的策略,并辅以个性化的学习支持服务,以达到提升教学效果的目的。     

古巴比伦社会存在债务奴隶制吗?

古巴比伦社会是否存在债务奴隶制 ?我国西亚古史学家多持肯定意见。他们的依据是国内通行汉译本《汉穆拉比法典》 ,特别是第 1 1 7条的规定。随着两河流域文明研究 ,特别是《汉穆拉比法典》楔形文字原文释读的进步 ,西方学者有了一些新发现。根据他们研究的成果 ,汉译本第 1 1 7条中的“债务”、“出卖”和“债奴”这几个关键语词应作“义务”、“抵押”和“人质”或“抵押物”解。法典承认自由民因负法律责任而抵押妻子做人质的行为是合法的 ,但明文规定这些人质在债主家里不得受到虐待 ,服役期限是三年 ,第四年则必须结束服役 ,因而他们不是奴隶 ,更不是因偿还债务而遭受奴役的债务奴隶。《汉穆拉比法典》没有支持和保护债务奴隶制的规定 ,相反却有许多保护债务人免受债权人奴役 ,从而避免债务奴隶制的规定。与古希腊罗马早期奴隶制社会相比 ,古巴比伦社会之所以没有产生债务奴隶制 ,得益于《汉穆拉比法典》的合理规定

Trajectory tracking for a quadrotor under wind perturbations: sliding mode control with state-dependent gains

The problem of position tracking of a mini drone subject to wind perturbations is investigated. The solution is based on a detailed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) model, with aerodynamic coefficients and external disturbance components, which is introduced in order to better represent the impact of the wind field. Then, upper bounds of wind-induced disturbances are characterized, which allow a sliding mode control (SMC) technique to be applied with guaranteed convergence properties. The peculiarity of the considered case is that the disturbance upper bounds depend on the control amplitude itself (i.e. the system is nonlinear in control), which leads to a new procedure for the control tuning presented in the paper. The last part of the paper is dedicated to the analysis and reduction of chattering effects, as well as investigation of rotor dynamics issues. Conventional SMC with constant gains, proposed first order SMC, and proposed quasi-continuous SMC are compared. Nonlinear UAV simulator, validated through in-door experiments, is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controls.
