DC词表的维护:实践、策略与模型

DCMI维护着一个包含众多元数据术语的词表，其中最主要的是包括15个元素的都柏林核心。然而，DCMI所关注和讨论的并不只是这个核心集，以及围绕这个核心集的实践、策略和模型，DC元数据模型已经由最初的单一模型进化成一个完整的框架，可以通过这个框架对应用DC元数据的各种实践进行评估。这些术语及其以前的版本现在都由统一资源标识符(URI)来标识，并建立了网页和形式化的schema文档，在注册系统中被编成索引，在具体的应用纲要(application profiles)中被引用。DCMI正在寻求一种简单易行的维护机制，一方面推荐使用不断变化和增长的核心标准，另一方面承认和重用其它的词表作为必要的补充，这两者之间需要建立一种平衡。     

国际标准关联标识符在图书馆的应用研究

国际标准关联标识符(ISLI)标准已经在新闻出版领域取得快速普及与应用。作为信息资源与用户的枢纽中心,图书馆领域与新闻出版业存在天然的联系,了解ISLI标准在新闻出版等领域的实施情况,有利于加速ISLI标准在图书馆行业的应用。文章在梳理ISLI标准的概念、编码体系、实践应用等的基础上,提出优化图书馆数字资源管理系统以支持ISLI编码的识别与管理,积极制定适合于图书馆知识资源和知识元关联的行业标准ISLI/LIB,进行基于ISLI/LIB的知识资源回溯关联、知识元关联服务以及注册中心的构建等应用对策,为用户提供更加精、准、深、专的知识资源和知识服务。     

Robust adaptive tracking with an additional plant identifier for a class of nonlinear systems

In this paper, we develop two new model reference adaptive control (MRAC) schemes for a class of nonlinear dynamic systems that is robust with respect to an uncertain state (output) dependent nonlinear perturbations and/or external disturbances with unknown bounds. The design is based on a controller parametrization with an adaptive integral action. Two types of adaptive controllers are considered—the state feedback controller with a plant parameter identifier, and the output feedback controller with a linear observer.     

对完善我国鉴定人制度的思考

鉴定人在诉讼中的法律性质即鉴定人在诉讼中的地位,是鉴定人制度中的核心问题.在大陆法系国家,缺乏一种充分的交叉询问机制对鉴定结论的真实性、客观性进行质证;而英美法系国家鏊定人的中立性和客观性有所丧失,鉴定结论也沦为控辩双方胜诉的有利手段,其真实性大打折扣.我国的民事鉴定制度已确立"以职权主义为基础,以当事人主义为补充"的目标模式,应吸收英美法系专家证人制度中的一些具体做法加以完善,要强调鉴定人应具备专业特长和实践经验,解决"隐性鉴定人"问题,完善质证认证程序和鉴定人责任机制,同时逐步建立鉴定人的执业保险制度.     

数字对象唯一标识在中国科学数据领域中的应用研究

文章在分析比较国外科学数据唯一标识符研究现状的基础上,结合已开展的DOI注册工作,对中文科学数据DOI的应用现状和服务成效进行了概述,对科学数据唯一标识符应用的可行性进行了分析,并对中文科学数据DOI管理策略以及注册推广中存在的突出问题进行了分析,将为今后的科学数据DOI注册工作提供参考。     

Sliding mode identifier for parameter uncertain nonlinear dynamic systems with nonlinear input

This paper presents a sliding mode (SM) based identifier to deal with the parameter identification problem for a class of parameter uncertain nonlinear dynamic systems with input nonlinearity. A sliding mode controller (SMC) is used to ensure the global reaching condition of the sliding mode for the nonlinear system; an identifier is designed to identify the uncertain parameter of the nonlinear system. A numerical example is studied to show the feasibility of the SM controller and the asymptotical convergence of the identifier. 巴克码识别器的设计与FPGA的实现

阐述了巴克码组的定义和7位巴克码识别器的组成框图。在MAX PLUS2软件平台上,给出了利用现场可编程门阵列器件设计7位巴克码识别器电路,为了便于对设计的7位巴克码识别器进行检测,该电路还设计了一个周期为31位长的模拟7位巴克码产生器,并进行了编译和波形仿真。综合后下载到可编程器件EPF10K10LC84-4中,测试结果表明,达到了预期的设计要求。     

国际书目数据通信格式(UNIMARC)的维护、创新与发展——兼谈《国际机读目录格式手册:书目格式》(第3版)的修订

《国际机读目录格式手册:书目格式》(以下简称《UNIMARC手册》)(第3版)于2008年正式出版,它包含了2005年以来《UNIMARC手册》(第2版)第5次更新后的格式变化。《UNIMARC手册》(第3版)的修订主要包括以下几个方面:扩展了字段链接,设立了003字段永久记录标识,增加了字段的功能,新增了字段,部分字段增加了子字段,改变了部分字段名称和字段的功能,改变了部分字段指示符的值。目前《UNIMARC手册》(第4版)的修订工作正在进行,它将使UNIMARC进一步适应编目对象的多样化,适应不断变化、更新的新技术和新编目规则,提高网络环境下UNIMARC的可用性。     

Persistent Identification for the Permanent Referencing of Digital Resources—The Activities of the EPICUR Project

ABSTRACT

Long-term referencing of online publications (for example, research papers embedded in a distributed heterogeneous information environment) presents several challenges. In order to address the challenges, two main things must be taken into account:

? A method for location-independent referencing by means of Persistent Identifiers (PIs)

? The long-term access to digital objects by means of (long-term) preservation

These imply that long-term referencing is not only an issue of a technical implementation of PIs, but also a matter of a political and organizational infrastructure.

These starting points underlie the PI-related activities at Die Deutsche Bibliothek (the German National Library) that are occurring in the framework of the EPICUR (Enhancement of Persistent Identifier Services-Comprehensive Method for Unequivocal Resource Identification) project.

This article discusses cooperative URN management at Die Deutsche Bibliothek within the EPICUR project. It presents results concerning the framework of URN assignment and administration, resolving services, and standardization within bibliographic information services.
