社会养老保险个人账户改革影响下的性别利益差距分析——基于退休年龄和平均预期寿命视角

本文在介绍了我国社会养老保险个人帐户改革、“老化”的退休政策和持续攀升的平均预期寿命等相关背景的基础上,计算退休年龄与个人帐户金额之间的定量关系,以及个人帐户用完以后,个人从社会统筹基金领取金额的性别差距。通过计算发现,女性早退休使得个人帐户终身交纳金额、个人终身领取的个人帐户养老金总额和个人帐户养老金月领取金额都少于男性;男性60岁退休社会统筹基金支付的养老金数量少于女性55岁退休而多于女性50岁退休。     

足球运动员运动寿命初探

足球运动员运动寿命的长短受着多方面的制约和影响，是一个较复杂的问题。本文通过对参加世界杯赛的国外运动员和中国＇９５甲、Ａ联赛运动员的年龄进行统计研究，对足球运动员的最佳运动年龄和最佳运动年限作初步探讨，旨在为我国足球的腾飞与发展寻觅事半功倍之途经提供参考依据。     

微博信息生命周期研究

作为一种新环境下的信息资源,微博产生的海量数据也具有相应的生命周期。以3个微博热门话题数据为分析对象,将评论数作为微博信息生命周期的表征量,分析微博信息生命周期的特征、分布类型、半衰期等。发现微博信息生命周期有负指数型、平缓型、爆发型和锯齿型4种类型,其类型特征与微博活跃度无关,并且微博信息不具有特定的半衰期。     

They do care: An interview with William Damon and Anne Colby on moral development

What follows is an interview with William Damon and Anne Colby, pioneers in the fields of moral psychology and education. Throughout their careers, they have studied, moral identity, moral ideals, positive youth development, purpose, good work, vocation, character development in higher education, and professional responsibility. In their words, they are interested in the ‘best of humankind’—not only the competencies, but also the character necessary for living a good life—not only for the sake of the individual, but also for society. They have received numerous academic and civic awards and honors. Their publications include Some Do Care, Greater Expectations, Educating Citizens, The Path to Purpose, and most recently, The Power of Ideals—in addition to editing, for example, New Directions for Child and Adolescent Development and The Handbook of Child Psychology. As a married couple, their vocational journeys have mostly been separate, but have always complemented each other and sometimes converged. This interview asks about reflections on their careers, their own sense of purpose, their greatest contributions, current needs in our field, and advice to emerging scholars.     

高校计算机中心机房建设中应考虑的两个问题

高校在建设计算机中心机房时，计算机设备的选型和机房安全一直是被关注的问题。本文通过运用会计学中的年限平均法的最低年折旧额理论，解决计算机设备在购置过程中的最佳投资效果问题；同时结合实际经验，设计了一种多功能电脑桌，用以解决机房存在的一些安全隐患，提高了计算机房的投资效果，保障机房的使用安全。     

青少年运动员的逆境应对训练

世界各地的人们对生活或许有着相似的理解,但不同的文化则会有自己独特的表述.众所周知的一句中国俗语是"人生不如意之事,十之八九".我觉得这也适用于竞技运动,从训练到此赛,时时处处都在与逆境抗争.因此,青少年运动员学会逆境应对,是运动生涯、乃至人生中极为重要的一课.

The effects of age on divergent thinking and creative objects production: a cross-sectional study

Age-related changes in divergent thinking and creative objects production were investigated in 150 native Italian speakers, divided into six age groups, each one comprised 25 participants: young (20–29), young adult (30–39), middle aged (40–49), adult-old (50–59), old (60–69), and old-old (70–80). Two tasks were used: the alternative uses task, which measures divergent thinking, and the creative mental synthesis task, which measure the ability to create objects belonging to specific categories. Results showed that the peaking of performances at both tasks is reached before 40 years, and declines thereafter. The analysis also showed that divergent thinking and creative objects production stabilize after 40 years and decline after 70 years, especially the ability to create objects. These results reveal that creative thinking might be preserved across years.
