运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法,对我国互联网域名纠纷的解决机制进行研究.论述了现行域名纠纷解决机制及调整大型体育赛事域名侵权纠纷存在的不足,并对加强大型体育赛事的域名保护提出了若干建议.     

体育与健康教育的双重困境--对我国《体育与健康》课程设置及课程名称的思考

通过对健康教育基本内涵的阐释，以及我国《体育与健康》课程设置及课程名称的思考认为，我国《体育与健康》课程的设置，一方面夸大了体育教育在学校健康教育中的作用，而没有给健康教育以应有的独立学科地位，另一方面在内容上缺乏对学校健康教育的整体性认识，并且将体育课更名为《体育与健康》课，造成了广大体育教师的极大困惑，不利于体育课程的自身发展。     

WTO与我国武术产业的发展研究

中国加入WTO带来的机遇是长期的、全方位的，挑战和冲击是局部的、暂时的。武术是中国独有的文化资源，入世后在科技、经济上我们面临着大量的输入，而武术产业具有可持续发展的、取之不尽的丰富资源，具备大规模产业输出的有利条件。中国加入WTO后，为武术产业在服务贸易、知识产权贸易、货物贸易带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。     

数码时代的人文研究

化学类论文中溶液组成的规范表达

采用GB3102.8-1993中规定的量名称和量符号是规范溶液组成表达的依据和基础.该标准中列出的相关量名称和量符号可划分为"浓度"类、"分数"类和"比"类.进一步分析指出:对由SI基本量"物质的量"导出的导出量,必须遵守使用单位"摩尔"应指明物质的基本单元的使用规则;组合单位中词头的选用应符合有关词头的使用规则;量纲一的量的量值表达则需遵守相关规则.据此,就目前化学类论文中有关溶液组成的几个常见问题进行简析.     

为《中图法》缩身

《中图法》作为我国大部分图书馆及信息机构对图书资料进行类分的“法典”，其编排体例日趋完善，但笔者在文献编目实践中发现存在重复立类、类目虚设、类名繁琐等问题，本文对这些问题逐一分析，并提出了自己的修改方案。     

个性因素对用户信息源选择偏好的影响——基于对高校学生的实证研究

本文引入Howard博士的五大个性因素分析工具(简化的MBTI个性分析体系)描述用户个性特征,通过问卷调查对高校学生选择五类信息源的偏好进行实证研究。利用t检验,发现“目标性”、“敏感度”等个性因素对用户的信息源选择偏好有显著的影响。     

Methods for studying family visitors in art museums: A cross-disciplinary review of current research

This paper examines current trends in family studies research, details the methodological and topical perspectives that are emerging, and reflects on how these findings could be integrated to provide a more coherent approach to researching the leisure, learning and recreational aspects of family visitors to art museums. Research findings from disciplines such as sociology, ethnography, education, design and marketing are of interest to the field of visitor studies, and this paper contributes to the wider research agenda by providing an overview of family research methods from a range of other disciplines, as well as those used within visitor studies.Over the last decade, there has been a growth of research in family learning in science museums, leading to an emerging disciplinary matrix, whilst many aspects of family visits to art museums remain relatively unexplored. The paper discusses the problems of gathering meaningful data from adults and children in family groups, and concludes by suggesting that a challenge for art museums is to learn from what is happening in other areas of cultural research into families, and to develop a framework for research which builds on the methodological strengths and practical experience of robust studies.     

Chinese Studies Librarianship in North America

Although American libraries had begun collecting Chinese language materials in the 19th century, notably the United States Library of Congress in 1869, Yale in 1878, Harvard in 1879, and Berkeley in 1896, East Asian studies librarianship in North America, including China studies librarianship, was not fully developed until the 1960s. There was no formal organization that represented the interest of Chinese studies librarians because there were few of them and most of them were China scholars rather than trained librarians. More than 100 years later, the number of Chinese studies librarians in North America has increased considerably, primarily in response to the demand in the field of China studies and more recently to the needs of immigrant population and the general public who has an interest in China.This paper traces the history and growth of Chinese studies librarianship in North America, documents the development of the professional organization that represents Chinese studies librarians, and exami.
