在物理教学中渗透对护生的人文素质教育

人文素质是一个人的内在精神和外在气质的综合体现。本人认为加强护生人文素质教育无论从做人、做事、护士职业特点和构建和谐社会的需要等方面都是非常必要的。本文就物理教学中渗透人文素质教育进行探讨,力求从教学内容和教学方法入手,不断探索、创新,有针对性地加强护生的人文素质教育,提高他们的人生境界,塑造理想人格。     

护士针刺伤的原因及对策分析

目的:调查护士针刺伤的原因,提出防止针刺伤的对策。方法:选取我市某医院临床一线护士380名,调查2018年3月至2019年3月一年中发生针刺伤的情况。结果:护士针刺伤发生率为88.16%,发生原因有各种因素。结论:针刺伤在临床护士工作中发生率较高,护士应多重视,提高自我防护意识,在工作中规范操作流程,同时要使用安全医疗器具和防护工具。通过多种途径降低护士针刺伤,保护自身安全,降低职业暴露的风险。     

Learning through engaging in retrospective reflection on a change process in an English course on workplace communication

This study describes a change process of implementing role-plays in a course on workplace communication in English, and of engaging in retrospective reflection. Considering that English education for nursing students in Taiwan has focused on the development of medical terminology and that students’ communicative competence is the main deficiency, the author conducted the change process in a medium-scale district hospital where she worked as a clinical nurse and in a nursing college where she taught English as a part-time teacher. The results show that engaging in retrospective reflection allows a teacher to construct knowledge from experience for professional growth.     

谈护理心理学中护士职业心理素质的教学

随着社会的进步,医学的模式逐步由生物医学模式转变为生物——心理——社会医学模式,现代社会对护士的整体素质尤其是职业心理素质提出了更高的要求。本文阐述了在护士职业心理素质教学中如何激发学生热爱护理专业,怎样联系临床实际,引导学生自觉地、有意识地培养自己良好职业心理素质的方法,即让学生明确护士角色人格的现代形象,以临床实例说明护士应有的职业心理素质等。     

EDITORIAL

Novice nurses encounter numerous factors that impact on their learning in the complex healthcare workplace. Registered nurses often work one‐on‐one with novices as preceptors to facilitate the development of novices’ clinical skills and socialisation into the profession. This paper explores the concept of preceptorship from novice nurses’ and preceptors’ perspective, drawing upon data from a project between a large healthcare organisation and a university in Melbourne, Australia. The study, framed in ethnomethodology, included fieldwork observation, interviews and student surveys; this paper focuses on data collected over a series of individual interviews with nursing students (n = 28) and preceptors (n = 25). Thematic analysis yielded six key themes: workplace socialisation, empathy, individuality, willingness to engage, changing support and a realisation [by novices about the preceptor role]. Findings highlight the complexity of workplace learning that is influenced by the idiosyncrasies of the individuals involved and the social milieu in which the learning takes place.     

女性护士工作倦怠原因及心理防御

女性护士是职业倦怠的高发群体。其原因主要是：社会的高期望与长期的心理应激;较大的工作负荷与经济收入的失衡;关怀需求的缺少与价值观的冲突;职业女性与家庭妇女角色的的冲突;业务素质的提升呈现高原现象与成绩感的缺失。女性护士自我心理防御策略主要有：加强学习意识,提高自身综合能力和素质水平;不断激活工作热情,增强自我效能感;学会放松,培养健康人格;协调好工作家庭矛盾,促进家务劳动的社会化等。     

论中外本科护理教育之差异——以英、美、澳、新四国为例与我国对比研究

文章以英、美、澳、新四国为例,主要探讨了我国本科护理教育与国外发达国家间的差异,从中找出不足,推进我国本科护理教育的改革和发展。     

Preparing work-ready nurses: reflexive learning for diverse students in the Australian vocational education and training sector

This paper highlights a disjuncture between training frameworks designed to meet work-based competencies, and educational flexibility desirable to prepare diverse learners for fluid workplaces and roles. We describe a pilot study that explored teaching and learning practices in a vocational education and training Diploma of Nursing program. The study used qualitative approaches framed by a social view of learning as a reflexive process. Frictions emerged in how teaching and learning was fostered and how knowledge and skills were contextualised through nursing-accredited training packages. A case is made to enhance critical thinking and reflexive approaches to prepare work-ready nurse graduates.
