浅析中国房地产价格泡沫与地方政府关系

目前导致房地产价格出现泡沫的根本原因在于地方政府通过土地储备制度过多地进行行政干预、操纵地价,直接参与市场的利益分配。解决问题的关键是在法治秩序下,缩小政府的行政边界、开征物业税、切断地方政府与银行的内部非市场化联系。     

法律实施的效果与法治期待

法律实施是实行法治、建立社会主义法治国家的关键所在 ,在法治实践中 ,我们既不能用成熟法治国家的标准来衡量我国法律实施的现状 ,也不能假借具体国情的特殊性放任法律实施的低效运作。在现有法律明确规定的情况下 ,务求有法必依、执法必严 ,真正确立起法律的权威性 ,并切实维护法制的统一性。惟有如此 ,才有利于我们法治国家的健康成长。     

国际学科教学知识的文献计量研究

学科教学知识(PCK)自舒尔曼1986年提出以来,受到了广泛关注。通过在Web of Science核心合集中对"PCK"进行文献计量研究,辅以CiteSpace进行关键词共现等分析,可以从整体上了解国际PCK的研究现状、研究热点与研究前沿问题。通过分析发现,在研究方法上,文献计量方法的综合使用有利于形成科学而准确的结论;在研究内容上,国际PCK的研究热点与研究前沿特征词较相似,体现了创新研究的不足。     

Health education for Somali Bantu refugees via home visits

Background: Somali Bantu refugees, with unique health information needs, created challenges for health and social service providers. Objectives: A service innovation was developed (i) to raise awareness, especially among local health and social service providers, about the Bantu refugees’ presence in the community, their culture, and their information needs and (ii) to deliver needed health information, emphasizing child health, to the Bantu mothers in their homes. Methods: The project consisted of: (i) a community conference targeting local health and social service providers, describing the refugees’ presence in the community, their culture, and information needs. (ii) Focus groups conducted with members of the Bantu population elicited additional information needs. (iii) Curriculum was developed based on identified needs, and (iv) the curriculum was delivered to the refugees in their homes. A clinical informationist and MP3 technology enhanced the project. Findings: Conference attendees’ evaluation responses indicated improved understanding of Bantu culture. Focus groups’ identification of health information needs provided a framework for the health education curriculum. A project website made educational materials available to other healthcare providers. Conclusions: The project raised awareness of the Bantus’ presence, culture, and information needs. Identification of other unmet needs demonstrated that additional support for refugees is required.

英汉多个疑问词的句法分布

一个句子的焦点是句子语义的重心所在。疑问词是疑问句的语义重心，因而疑问句的焦点就是疑问词。本文以焦点和突显观为理论依据，考察了英汉多个疑问词在特指问句中的句法位置，揭示出在特指问句中英语多个wh-词移位和汉语多个疑问词原位的原因。英语特指问句中多个wh-词必须有一个移至句首，这是其自身显性的焦点性和突显性的结果。     

互联网经济背景下比特币的法律属性与风险监管

比特币自诞生以来就引起了全球的广泛关注和热烈争议,目前法学理论界对于比特币的法律属性主要有物权说、债权说、知识产权说以及新型权利说等多种观点。分析比特币存在的个人风险、国家风险和法律风险,在探究学习欧美等发达国家比特币监管经验的基础上,立足我国基本国情,提出完善法律规范体系、健全司法规制体系以及强化执法监管力度等措施,全面建立起具有中国特色的比特币风险监管系统。     

The fourth dimension: A motoric perspective on the anxiety–performance relationship

This article focuses on raising concern that anxiety–performance relationship theory has insufficiently catered for motoric issues during, primarily, closed and self-paced skill execution (e.g., long jump and javelin throw). Following a review of current theory, we address the under-consideration of motoric issues by extending the three-dimensional model put forward by Cheng, Hardy, and Markland (2009) (‘Toward a three-dimensional conceptualization of performance anxiety: Rationale and initial measurement development, Psychology of Sport and Exercise, 10, 271–278). This fourth dimension, termed skill establishment, comprises the level and consistency of movement automaticity together with a performer's confidence in this specific process, as providing a degree of robustness against negative anxiety effects. To exemplify this motoric influence, we then offer insight regarding current theories’ misrepresentation that a self-focus of attention toward an already well-learned skill always leads to a negative performance effect. In doing so, we draw upon applied literature to distinguish between positive and negative self-foci and suggest that on what and how a performer directs their attention is crucial to the interaction with skill establishment and, therefore, performance. Finally, implications for skill acquisition research are provided. Accordingly, we suggest a positive potential flow from applied/translational to fundamental/theory-generating research in sport which can serve to freshen and usefully redirect investigation into this long-considered but still insufficiently understood concept.

黄宾虹从笔墨中找到中国画发展创新的途径 ,穷其一生研究用笔用墨的方法规律 ,然而他透过笔墨的表面现象 ,看到了“笔墨精神”及笔墨精神所表达的自然生命节律与神韵之内美 ,这只是黄宾虹笔墨价值所昭示的一个方面。他绘画的全部内涵通过作品本身的笔墨建构来实现。它不靠诗文题跋的想象与补充 ,画就是画本身笔墨之间的种种构成关系 ,也就是从自然中悟得的种种感觉与内美。将绘画还原给“视觉器官”回归到艺术本体 ,可谓在董其昌之后对绘画本体的开拓作了又一次总结 ,从而将传统文人画推进到一个可与现代审美要求相衔接的新阶段 ,这对开启未来绘画创新有着重要意义。黄宾虹的笔墨价值还在于它在东方文化背景上不期然地与西方文化取得了某种“交汇” ,使中国绘画在自身演进中与西方现代绘画形成某种暗合 ,与西方抽象绘画有异曲同工之妙     

从序时词语的基准看动意词语的着眼点

动词本身就具有时量属性,基准可以显现动词时量属性实现的语法,语义的规则。对“动－序组列”格式中动意词语作基准的着眼点的种类的分析,不仅可以揭示着眼点造成的岐义,而且有助于揭示动意词语的非基准用法,这除了说明动作有不同的着眼点外,还充实了起始点逆向漂移的类型,以此增强语用的解释力,更好地指导语言的运用。
