Digital Module 05: Diagnostic Measurement—The G‐DINA Framework https://ncme.elevate.commpartners.com

In this ITEMS module, we introduce the generalized deterministic inputs, noisy “and” gate (G‐DINA) model, which is a general framework for specifying, estimating, and evaluating a wide variety of cognitive diagnosis models. The module contains a nontechnical introduction to diagnostic measurement, an introductory overview of the G‐DINA model, as well as common special cases, and a review of model‐data fit evaluation practices within this framework. We use the flexible GDINA R package, which is available for free within the R environment and provides a user‐friendly graphical interface in addition to the code‐driven layer. The digital module also contains videos of worked examples, solutions to data activity questions, curated resources, a glossary, and quizzes with diagnostic feedback.

产业共性技术属于准公共产品,“市场失灵”会导致其供给不足,政府的介入无可避免,但如果政府的作用仅限于补贴（或税收减免）,供给又将面,瞄“组织失灵”。为此,在产业共性技术面临市场和组织“双重失灵”原因的基础上,基于行业协会的比较优势,提出产业共性技术与行业协会组织的匹配问题及作用机理,并以温州的实践加以佐证。     

Reasons of students and apprentices to choose a training company in the dual system

This article sheds light on an understudied aspect of the transition from school to work: the choice of a training company. It presents findings from qualitative interviews with 69 secondary school students and apprentices from the German states of Berlin and Brandenburg, focusing on their reasons to choose a training company in the dual system. What reasons lead students and apprentices to choose a training company? The most common reason is personal impressions, which future apprentices obtain in their initial, personal encounters with a company and its staff. Students and apprentices often consider location, working atmosphere and soundness. Due to this study’s regional scope, its findings may not be fully generalisable on a national or international level. However, its findings may instigate further research in countries where people pursuing certain types of apprenticeship training have to apply to companies (e.g. Great Britain, Switzerland and Australia).     

鞍山地区“农民体育健身工程”的实施现状、问题与对策研究

主要运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、以及数理统计法对辽宁省鞍山地区农民体育健身工程的实施现状、依托工程开展体育活动与农民参加体育锻炼情况进行了调查分析,并根据所发现的问题,提出了农民体育健身工程可持续发展的对策,为进一步推动鞍山地区农民体育健身工程的实施提供理论依据。     

色彩与情感的契合——浅析色彩与情感在梵高创作中的体现

纵观西方绘画艺术发展史,利用色彩来表达情感的人很多,梵高无疑是其中最杰出的代表。他的一生是短暂而贫苦的,屡遭挫折,备尝艰辛。但他却通过画笔,运用绚烂的色彩,将熟悉的人和物展示在世人面前,其每一幅作品都像一团团生命幻化的火焰。在梵高的艺术世界里,色彩不仅具有最直接的情感表现力,而且被赋予了更加神秘的意义,对现代绘画产生了影响深远。     

Does your left hand know what your right hand is doing? Impacts of athletes’ pre-transgression philanthropic behavior on consumer post-transgression evaluation

Despite the importance of an athlete’s image and reputation as an individual brand, the academic literature lacks investigations on whether and how an athlete’s brand can be protected when they engage in unethical transgressions. Focusing on athletes’ pro-social activities, the authors presented an experimental study to test how an athlete’s pro-social efforts can alleviate negative impacts from his/her transgression. In particular, the authors test the impacts of athletes’ involvement level (high vs. low) with a pro-social cause and level of fit between an athlete and a cause (high vs. low) on sport consumers’ perceptions. Results demonstrate that an athlete’s pre-scandal charitable behaviors can mitigate adverse impact of a transgression on consumer response only when the athlete has deeply engaged in charitable behaviors. The results also show that a higher fit between an athlete and a cause can generate more severe damaging impacts on consumer evaluation than a lower fit due to consumer skepticism caused by a combination between a negative reputation and a high-fit cause.     

“过程哲学”：我国传统文化与现代体育教育理念的契合

摘要：过去,我国学校体育教育评价方式是“重结果,轻过程”,不符合现代教育理念,也不利于学校体育的可持续发展。本研究以高校体育教学评价方式的改革为出发点,力图从我国传统文化和现代体育思想“过程哲学”中寻找理论依据。运用文献资料法,从过程哲学的视角,对我国传统文化与现代体育教育理念的契合进行研究。经过查阅文献发现：早在2000多年前,我国的先哲们就完整地提出了“过程哲学”,并运用到了体育领域,现代体育教育的理念也特别强调体育教育是一个“过程历练”。传统与现代契合的“过程哲学”,为我们转变学校体育的教育理念、评价方式和追求目标,提供了哲学依据。本研究得出结论：体育是运动不息的过程哲学,是完善身心的过程历练,是追求更高智慧的过程文化。为此,现代学校体育应确立过程性评价理念,注重学生身心文化的培育,重视学生终身体育习惯的培养。

运用文献资料、专家访谈、测试法、逻辑分析、数理统计等研究方法对中外男子全能运动员专项体能评价指标体系进行构建.运用分类法依据不同的分类标准,对体能进行必要分类;运用分析法揭示男子全能运动员体能结构的特征.用常规的统计方法对测试所得的数据进行计算、筛选,运用T.L斯塔层次分析法(AHP法),确定指标权重,然后用百分位数法建立评价标准,并对运动员实施评价.     

太极拳养生文化考

借助历史文化学的研究方法,即运用文献法获取养生和太极拳的相关资料和论据,在考量、论证中采用交参文化比较法、同异交比法和因素分析法、实证分析法等,在发阐论点时以现实的评述与历史的解释相结合,以整体思维、辩证思维及其逻辑方法,解读“太极拳养生”的时代价值和学术意义。
