| Abstract: | The technology of fluorescence microscope plays a very important role in the field of optical microscopes.However,there are hardly any related teaching experiments in reality.The designing idea and implementation scheme of fluorescence microscope experiments newly developed is introduced.Fluorescence imaging is realized by using incident light fluorescence accessories on an ordinary microscope.The students can make simple specimen by themselves,use CCD camera and personal computer to collect and save images... |
