| 摘 要： | 全球生物经济崛起具有"以生物技术为核心科技力量、开创工农业生产的新模式新格局、延长人类生命周期、提供有效环保途径和生物技术发明专利激烈争夺"五大基本特征。为迎接2020年生物经济时代到来,中国面临着宝贵机遇和挑战,必须实施"生物技术强国人才计划",加快实现生物教育现代化。

| Abstract: | The rise of global biology economy has five features: developing biotechnology as core , creating new pattens in the production of industry and agriculture, prolonging human lifecycle ,offering effective measures for protecting environments and competing violently for invention patents of biotechnology. To greet the biology economy age in year 2020,China is facing precious opportunities as well as challenges .We must implement the plan of "strengthening China by biotechnology and talens" and speed up the Modernization of Biology Education. |
