| Abstract: | The outstanding features of vocational education is characterized by the teachers with two certificates,which is not only the key to obtain better teaching results but also the foundation of the vocational colleges.To improve quality of teachers of English and the teaching level,it is necessary to take some measures to strengthen the cultivation of teachers with two certificates.Optimizing and strengthening cultivation of teachers with two certificates is also an effective way to optimize the structure of teachers of English in vocational colleges. |
