On Social Insurance Law From the Perspective of Evolution of Basic Principles of Law

It is impossible for the civil law to resolve the problem to share the wealth among all social members,which can be as the limitation of the civil law.The resource-oriented Social Insurance Law,which is taken as the supplement for civil law,emerged accordingly.Social Insurance Law insure all social members against their basic life from four aspects of manager of resources,the supplier of resources,the beneficiary and the execution of the law.
