摘    要:
为使高职院校旅游管理专业课程培养目标与市场需求实现零距离对接,我们提出建立课程改革与市场需求的“联动机制”.试从建立“联动机制”的理论基础、建立原则和方式、适应此机制的课程考核方式改革、实训基地建设、保障措施建设等方面进行论述,以期为高职院校旅游管理专业课程改革提供理论借鉴

Abstract:
In order to realize the "zero docking" between the training objectives and the market demand,the paper proposed the establishment of "linkage mechanism" between the curriculum reform and the market demand.The paper discussed the theoretical basis of the linkage mechanism,the principles and methods,the assessment methods of the curriculum reform and the construction of training bases so as to provide a theoretical base for the curriculum reform of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges.
