摘    要:当下学校教育强调知识的严密、完整、系统化,注重知识的传授,忽视学生的实际学习体验和学习的过程,忽视了学生的精神成长。陶冶是促进学生精神成长的主要手段。发挥陶冶的教育作用,须使学校真正成为学生精神的家园,聚焦学生精神的成长;注重真、善、美环境的创造;重视学生内心实际体验。

Abstract:School education emphasizes the imparting of rigorous,complete,systematic knowledge to students and ignores the actual learning experience,learning and understanding of knowledge,and the spiritual growth of students.Spiritual nurturing can encourage students to form a positive psychology and enrich the student’s spiritual life.If taking school as the spiritual home for cultivating the spirit of the students,the educators should pay more attention to spiritual growth,to create a good environment for students to experience the learning process.
