| Abstract: | It is worth while to think over the three points in the relationship of the development and environmental changes in the western part of Inner Mongolia in the Ming and the Qing periods. First, the local natural suroundings should be understood deeply; second, a correct attitude towards the development should be taken; third, a sound and developable way should be chosen. |
