风险投资项目决策中的风险综合评价

风险投资的最大特点是它的高风险性和高收益性,风险投资项目的风险大小和构成就成为风险投资家进行风险投资决策时要考虑的重要因素。在我国的风险投资决策理论研究中,对风险投资项目的风险评价主要是定性的,虽然有的采用定量的方法,但是方法不具有很大的适用性。本文针对上述的这些情况,首先分析了风险投资项目中存在的风险,建立风险评价指标体系,然后运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对风险投资项目中的风险进行客观的评价,为风险投资的决策提供具体、可行的依据。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Risks in Venture Investment Project Decision-making

The main characteristic of risk investment is high risk and high income. Therefore, the risk scale and the constitution of risk investment project become important factors when the risk investors make the risk investment decision. In Chinese researches about risk investment decision- making theories, the comprehensive evaluation of risk of the venture investment project mainly is quantitative method. Although the quantitative method has been used from time to time, it does not have big applicability. Aiming at above circumstances, this paper firstly analyses risks that exist in venture investment, then establishes the system of risk evaluation index. Lastly, the paper objectively assesses risks in venture investment through analytic hierarchy process model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, offering concrete and viable basis for venture investment decision-making.
