试论高校社团建设对培养大学生社会责任的作用

社会责任是个人对社会与他人的一种应尽的不可推卸的义务。大学生比一般群体具有更大的社会责任。高校社团是大学生在自愿结合的基础上自由结合的群众性组织。由于它满足了大学生的心理发展需要及其在类型上的可选择性，活动过程中的实践性、开放性和内部管理上的社会性，高校社团对大学生社会责任的培养有重要影响。

Research on Influence of College Mass Organization upon Development of Students' Social Responsibility

Everybody is duty-bound to others and to the society.That is what we call social responsibil-ity.As college students,they should have better sense of responsibility than other social groups.Mass organizations in college and universities are organizations of a mass character formed by col-lege students on a voluntary basis.Such kind of organizations will have vital impact on the devel-opment of university students' sense of responsibility,due to its selectiveness in categories,the practicality and openness in the course of activities,and its social character in the internal man-agement,and also because it meets the needs of college students' psychological development.Therefore,in order to strengthen the building of mass organizations,colleges and universities must do as follows:(1)adhere to the aim of mass organizations and realize the carrying on of this aim;(2)strengthen the macro-instruction and implement self-education;(3)lay more emphasis on practice and actual effect.
