| 摘 要： | 工程技术人才的培养涉及政府、企业、专业协会(中介组织)等多个群体,需要经历较长的时间.英美等国实行的专业认证制度、注册工程师制度在监控工程教育质量、保证工程技术从业人员水平的同时,也为工程技术人才的成长提供了规范的路径,为不同利益群体提供了协商的平台,从而对工程技术人才培养起到了重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Cultivation of engineering gifts involves government, enterprises, media organizations, which needs a long period. The Professional Programmatic Accreditation and Licensure Qualifications System in western countries not only are a method of quality assurance of higher engineering education, but also provide a regular way for the growth of engineering gifts. It is a platform for the groups of different interests. As a result, it plays an important role in the process of engineer cultivation. |
