| 摘 要： | 现行国有资产管理的诸多弊病,引起各界人士对改革国有资产管理体制进行了多方面的思考和讨论,本文从改革国有资产管理体制的理论分析、构建新国资管理体制的模式构思以及改革国有资产管理过程中的配套措施等三个方面对当前学术界的不同观点进行了归纳总结.

| Abstract: | Present state asset management has many shortcomings,which caused the persons from all walks of life to reform the state asset management system to carry on the various thoughts and discussion.This article induced and summarized the current academic circle's different viewpoint from three aspects:the theoretical analysis of reform state asset.management system, construction of the pattern idea in the new national capital management system as well as the reform in related measure of state asset management process. |
