| 摘 要： | 金融发展水平是衡量一国经济和区域经济发展的得要尺度，直接制约着经济发展的速度与质量，西部地区的经济发展同样需要相应的金融支持，然而由于金融市场发育的缺陷，金融运行的外部环境及金融支持体系自身的缺陷等，极大地限制了西部地区的经济发展，面对西部经济发展中金融业及金融支持所存在的问题，应积极通过培育金融市场，发展区域性金融机构，实行有差别的区域性货币政策等措施，为经济发展提供稳定的金融支持。

| Abstract: | The level of financial development is a very important standard of regional economical development. It influences directly the speed and quality of economical development. Financial support should be required to match economical development in the western area of China. However,the flaw of financial market growth has restricted economical development in the western area of China. To solve the questions mentioned above,We should build financial market,develop regional financial organization and make differential regional monetary policy. |
