| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,外商直接投资的流入不断扩大,其对我国产业结构的影响也日益增加。笔者从外商直接投资的产业结构特点,外商直接投资对产业结构作用的机制,外商直接投资对产业结构的影响和实证研究以及利用外资优化我国产业结构的建议五个方面对我国理论界关于外商直接投资与产业结构的研究做一综述。
