中国的大学课堂需要积极心理学

积极心理学作为新世纪引入我国的一门心理学研究的新取向,由于其研究的目的、内容和方法等与时代需要相融,它的应用价值及作用,被广大的心理学工作者所认同。文章作者就几年来在大学开设积极心理学讲座和选修课的体会,仅就积极心理学"积极"的实质及其意义,提出:中国的大学课堂需要积极心理学。

The Needs of Courses in Chinese Universities- 'Positive Psychology'

Positive psychology,which was introduced into China in this century,is a new trend in psychology research.Due to its objectives,content,methods of research,etc.,accord with the demands of times,the application value and functions of positive psychology is recognized by most psychological researchers.The author of this article summarizes experiences of giving positive psychology lectures and teaching an optional course of positive psychology.She puts forward that positive psychology should be a new course in Chinese universities,focusing on the essence and meaning of the dedicated word‘positive’ in positive psychology.
