桑树叶、芽总黄酮及甙元转化研究

摘    要:采用回流法提取嫩桑叶、芽,用HPLC法对提取液的黄酮含量进行测定,研究桑树在初生期黄酮甙元的转化关系。本实验研究证实,芽黄酮平均含量高于叶,且主要以甙元槲皮素形式体现,桑叶药用以中期嫩叶经济价值最高,并发现芽所含甙元山萘酚为叶向其输送而来。

Abstract:This article uses the backflow law to withdraw the tender mulberry leaf, the bud, the law to the flavanone content which extracts carries on the determination with HPLC, the research mulberry tree in the newborn time flavanone glucoside Yuan transformation relations. This experimental study confirmed that the bud flavanone average content is higher than the leaf, and mainly the element form manifests by glucoside Yuan Hupi, the mulberry leaf for medicinal purposes is highest by the intermediate stage tender leaf economic value, and discovered that the bud contains the glucoside wonsan naphthol to transport for mulberry bud Xiangqi.
