| 摘 要： | 课堂管理是课堂教学的重要组成部分,在学生需求视角下独立学院进行课堂管理的理论基础是人本主义思想、认知主义思想、建构主义思想.目前为止,独立学院进行课堂管理缺乏相应的主动性、技巧性以及对学生的关注度.分析独立学院课堂管理的现状并根据现状提出一些有针对性的发展策略,从而提升独立学院课堂管理的水平,并为以后的相关研究提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Classroom management is an important part of classroom teaching.From the perspective of students'needs,the theoretical basis of classroom management in independent colleges is humanism,cognitivism and constructivism.So far,independent colleges lack the corresponding initiative,skills and attention to students.This paper analyzes the current situation of classroom management in Independent colleges and puts forward some targeted development strategies according to the current situation,so as to improve the level of classroom management in independent colleges and provide reference for future related research. |
