大学生短期支教现存问题与发展途径探析

广东海洋大学启明星支教队在对其支教地广东湛江、广东肇庆、广东云浮五间小学进行归因分析的基础上,针对具体问题探讨了相关对策,通过树立正确的短期支教价值观、提高大学生志愿者的综合素质、做好大学生短期支教志愿者招募及选拔工作、完善反馈机制等方式,使大学生志愿者进一步加强志愿服务意识、端正志愿服务动机,并形成健全的支教组织与管理体系.

On the Existing Problems and Development Approaches of College Students'Short-term Teaching Support

Based on the attribution analysis of the five primary schools in Zhanjiang, Zhaoqing and Yunfu, Guangdong Province, the QIMINGXING supporting teaching team of Guangdong Ocean University explores the relevant countermeasures for specific problems by establishing correct short-term supporting teaching values, improving the comprehensive quality of College Students’ volunteers, doing a good job in recruiting and Selecting College Students’ short-term supporting teaching volunteers, and improving the feedback mechanism, so as to further strengthen the sense of volunteer service, correct the motivation of volunteer service, and form a sound organization and management system of supporting education.
