摘    要:"师生共同体"的提出旨在将教育活动中的师生关系构建为一种互动的、稳定的主体间性结构.高校"师生共同体"构建,既是高等教育研究学理逻辑下的必然趋势,又是目前我国高校发展现状下的改革之举.具体教改举措包括,将高校教育管理体制改革、课程建设、教育教学方法改革协同起来,以开放性体制呼唤师生主体性回归,用课程建设搭建师生"双主体"间性载体,提升教育教学方法,引领师生共同成长.

Abstract:The proposal of"teacher-student community"aims to build the relationship between teachers and students in educational activities into an interactive and stable inter subjectivity structure.The construction of"teacher-student community"in colleges and universities is not only an inevitable trend under the logic of higher education research,but also a reform move under the current situation of the development of colleges and universities in China.The specific measures of teaching reform include:combining the reform of higher education management system,curriculum construction and teaching methods,calling for the return of subjectivity of teachers and students with an open system,building the"double subjectivity"carrier between teachers and students with curriculum construction,improving the.teaching methods and leading teachers and students to grow together.
