| 摘 要： | 新时期高校学生党建工作的重视和加强，使学生党员在数量和质量上得到了有效的提高。加强对高年级学生党员进行党务知识和能力的培养，带动和促进低年级党员的发展，创新培养发展工作，形成高校学生党建工作的良性发展，这对高校学生工作及我国的人才培养战略都将起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | At present,for strengthening the course of enrolling more student party members, the quantities are improved effectively as well. To educate student party members on party affairs knowledge and abilities can surely encourage more low-grader students to join in the party. Innovating the work of nurturing before enrollment will lead universities going on the track of sound progress, which will forge actively ahead university students' work and the strategy of human resource training. |
