教师问题行为产生的因素探究

摘    要:教师问题行为直接或间接影响着学生的身心健康和全面发展。教师问题行为,有它的发生、发展过程和产生的原因。当前教师问题行为主要受到教师的角色迷失、教师的素质、学校管理因素、教师的人格、教师的内部压力、社会背景因素等六个方面的因素影响。教师以及社会既要认清教师问题行为的因素,又要采取得当的预防和纠正措施,从而有助于师生的共同发展和教育教学的顺利有序进行,更好地促进人才培养。

Abstract:Teachers' behavior problems directly or indirectly affect students' physical and mental health and their all-round development.Teachers' behavior problems have their occurrence,development process and their causes.The current teachers question behaviors are mainly affected by six factors: losing of the teachers' roles,the quality of teachers,school administration factors,teacher's personality,teacher's internal stress,social background.Teachers and society both recognize teacher's question behavior factors and take proper preventive and corrective measures,which can help teachers and students to develop in common,to facilitate the cultivation of talents.
