| 摘 要： | 鄱阳湖是我国最大的淡水湖。是世界六大湿地之一，2009年12月，国务院正式批复《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》，这标志着鄱阳湖生态经济区建设上升为国家战略。鄱阳湖流域面积约占江西省国土面积的97％。以环鄱阳湖城市群为基础构建鄱阳湖生态经济区期间，是江西实现科学发展、绿色崛起的重要战略机遇期，但同时也是矛盾凸显期。思想是行动的先导。什么样的发展理念，决定着什么样的发展方式和结果。必须始终贯彻落实科学发展观，实现鄱阳湖生态经济区又“好”又“快”发展。
