对师德的几点认识

摘    要:师德就是教师的“良心”。它通过榜样的力量、群体心理环境和躬身实践形成;与此同时,需要通过抵制负道德观念与行为(取利心理、平均心理、保守心理、个体定向心理)的影响,坚持正确职业操守,充分认识教师的社会责任、树立正确的价值观采发展。

Abstract:Teachers' ethics refer to teachers' conscience.It is formed by the power of examples,mass psychological environment and personal practice.Meanwhile,it can only be developed by resisting the influences of negative moral views and behavior such as tendencies of self-interest,equality,conservativeness and individual orientation,persisting on proper professional morality,being aware of teachers' social responsibility and establishing correct concept of values.
