| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的飞速发展，任何企业要想在激烈竞争的环境中保持优势，就必须注重研究与开发工作，而研发工作的成功与否又主要依赖于研发人员能否积极主动地发挥其创造性。本文着重论述了研究开发项目的特点，研发人员的群体特性，以及在研发项目中如何采用行之有效的激励模式，以保证激励效果最佳，从而顺利完成研发项目。
