幼儿教师流失:组织社会学视角

摘    要:幼儿教师流失从宏观上讲是一项较为复杂的系统工程。组织社会学以一种动态的、全景式的、社会性的视野为分析幼儿教师流失提供了全新的视角和理念:幼儿教师个体与组织间的不协调性是造成其流失的实质;从过程上看,幼儿教师流失经历了萌芽阶段——幼儿教师流失意识的初步选择,谈判阶段——幼儿教师流失意向的基本成型和执行阶段——幼儿教师流失的形成三个阶段。为减少幼儿教师流失,幼儿教师应增强对幼教职业的认同感,幼儿园应不断拓展幼儿教师成长新空间,国家应加强对幼儿教师特别是农村幼儿教师的财政投入,高度关注幼儿教师流失问题。

Abstract:From a macro perspective,the loss of kindergarten teachers is a more complicated system.The organizational sociology provides a new perspective and ideas for analyzing the loss of kindergarten teachers in a dynamic,panoramic,social view:preschool teachers disharmony between the individual and the organization is the substance of the loss;from the point of process,the loss of kindergarten teachers experiences germination phase,preliminary choice and negotiation phase of consciousness,basic shape and implementation phases,formation stages.To reduce the loss of kindergarten teachers,who should increase children’s sense of identity on the early childhood professional,kindergarten should continue to expand the spaces of the teachers’ growth and the government should enlarge financial investment for kindergarten teacher,especially those in rural areas.The loss of kindergarten should be intensively concerned.
