| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力的流动问题是当前我国社会经济发展面临的重要战略问题。如何引导和实现农村剩余劳动力合理有序流动不仅关系到我国工业化、现代化、城市化的进程,而且是全面实现小康社会宏伟目标以及彻底解决“三农”问题的关键所在。
