| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,海峡两岸都实现了高等教育的大众化。但两岸高等教育都存在着不同程度的迷失:政府行政管理使高等教育的使命有所偏离;高等教育质量失衡,教育理念脱离现实;功利化趋势异化了大学教育的宗旨;教育资源运用效率低下使创新功能不足。因此,我们要遵循高等教育发展的规律,改革高等教育观念,转变政府管理方式,引入市场机制,整合教育资源,提高教育资源运用效率,实施知识管理,通过教育创新实现创新教育。

| Abstract: | The paper first introduces the present situation and exisiting problems on the higher education of Taiwan and the mainland,discusses the functional malposition of it,reconsiders the function of the higher education,then puts forward that in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the higher education,the higher education resource should be adjusted and amalgamated,the market mechanism should be lead into the higher education. |
