| 摘 要： | 本文立足新农村建设这一背景，通过对农村义务教育财政投入状况的分析发现，虽然国家的财政投入明显增长，但仍存在投入不足和结构不合理等问题。文章指出不合理的农村义务教育财政投入体制是问题的深层次原因，并提出了应提升财政投入主体重心等一系列有效的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the construction of new rural areas, the paper analyzes the financial investment of the rural compulsory education. Although it rise rapidly, the expenditure is insufficient and the structure is improper. This paper points out that the unreasonable financial system is the fundamental reason. At last it put forward some efficient suggestions to perfect the financial system. |
