| 摘 要： | 贞节作为中国文化传统中的一种婚姻道德和法律规范，并非仅对女性要求，它对男性也有限制，如在法律上和实际生活中对男女私通行为的惩罚所采取的“男女兼惩”、“男女同罪”原则，以及就男性对女性的性冒犯行为予以严惩的做法，都是上述观点的体现。这种做法与维护婚姻家庭和社会安定是密切相关的。

| Abstract: | Chastity, a criterion and morality of marriage, is not only for the female, which has something to do with the male. For example, in law and the real life, the rule of the same punishment on the male and the female for their adultery and the practice of the severe punishment on the male for sexual offences against the female, is a embodiment of this point of view. All those have something to do with maintaining the stabilization of marriage and family. |
